Best wallpaper is Parasite Eve with P.E. and Aya Brea face looking up. Including with wave touch function. Feels 1998 again. You can force 60fps on wallpaper engine settings.
In the comments there are links, but having to download them is what makes things scary because zip files could contain trojons. Not mine because im not out to get anyone, just provide people with cool wallpapers. So i find it better if people find them via. Trusted links like "steam" links, they are trustable and people can just go subscribe to the wallpapers and get it in Wallpaper Engine! :) But im glad you like them!
Oh when you have wallpaper engine and you download a wallpaper off of steam, by subscribing to the desired wallpaper it automatically downloads to your wallpaper engine GUI
