Ghost Kitchens are kitchens without a traditional sit in restaurant, it's basically just a kitchen that cooks food for multiple brands that's why the quality is a hit or miss, tgere's no quality assurance directly from the brand as it goes out, it's basically made to generate a lot of money and they sell their food through food delivery apps like Grab Food and Food Panda, this is the biggest xriticism Mr. Beast got from 2vwry American youtubers that tried it

no doubt masarap yung homemade version ni Ninong Ry ng MrBeast Burger pero feeling ko mas tataas pa sa 80% yung rating ni Ninong Ry sa burger if mas smashed pa yung patty. not much of an issue yung size ng patty na gawa ni Ninong kahit mejo dense yung volume ng meat sa gitna ng patty, tama naman yung explanation ni Ninong about smash burgers pero may na miss lang siya na part tungkol dun, what you are looking for sa characteristics ng smash burgers is yung thin edges at medium lang yung size ng loob nung patty. para ma-elevate yung experience ng uneven sides ng patty is dapat thin at mejo crispy yung edges pati yung surface ng patty tas normal lang yung texture ng gitna ng patty pagkagat mo dun sa part na yun at makukuha mo yun the more flattened yung patty. sana mag explore at mag experiment pa si Ninong Ry at gumawa siya ng ibat ibang recipes at dishes around smash burgers❤
