Investigating the Validity of the Quran's Claim about The Bible's Corruption
the claim of Muslims that the bible was corrupted and distorted, Because Muslims are deceived by their scholars and their imams. So I will prove to Muslims from their books that The Bible cannot be corrupted.
As Christian we believe the bible is the word of God, and we believe God can protect His words, how can we trust a God that sent his words to us to declare himself to us and let humans play and corrupt his words?
God in the bible told us “Heaven and earth shall pass away, but my words shall not pass away.” Matthew 24:35 and He said also” The grass withereth, the flower fadeth: but the word of our God shall stand for ever.” Isaiah 40:8
Muslims claim that the Bible is distorted, so is it really distorted??? Before we talk about that let see why Muslims made that claim,
The absence of any reference or prophecy to the Prophet of Islam in the Bible is considered the first main reason for saying that Christians distorted, altered, and altered their book. We read in Surah Al-Ma’idah sura 5 verse 15, “O People of the Book! Now Our Messenger has come to you, revealing much of what you have hidden of the Scriptures and disregarding much. There certainly has come to you from Allah a light and a clear Book According to the books of Islamic commentaries, the People of the Book concealed, through distortion and alteration, what is in the Holy Book from the Prophet Muhammad, and we read in Surah Al-Saff sura 61 verse 6 the words of the Qur’an: “And ˹remember˺ when Jesus, son of Mary, said, “O children of Israel! I am truly Allah’s messenger to you, confirming the Torah which came before me, and giving good news of a messenger after me whose name will be Ahmad.” Yet when the Prophet came to them with clear proofs, they said, “This is pure magic.”.” and the absence of these words attributed to Christ in the Bible The charge of misrepresentation was launched.

In Surah 5:48 this all is explained in more detail.
There we read:
“And We sent down to you the Book with the truth, confirming that which was (revealed) of the Book before it, and as a watchman over it. So judge between them by what Allah has revealed (as revealed) and do not follow their inclinations contrary to what has come to you of truth.”
So the Quran decides what is true in the Bible and what is not.
This was also the preferred opinion of Ibn Kathir and Ibn Jarir, who said: “The Qur’an is more trustworthy than the previous books. Therefore, whatever agrees with the Quran in these earlier books is true, and whatever disagrees with the Quran is false.”
Al-Walibi, Ibn ‘Abbas, Mujahid, Qatadah and As-Suddi said similar things.
In Ibn Kathir we read the summarized opinion of many Companions:
‘Ali bin Abi Talhah narrated that Ibn ‘Abbas said: “Muhaymeen is ‘the trustworthy one’. Allah says that the Qur’an is trustworthy above every Divine book that preceded it.” This was narrated from `Ikrimah, Sa`id bin Jubayr, Mujahid, Muhammad bin Ka’b, ‘Atiyyah, Al-Hasan, Qatadah, ‘Ata’ Al-Khurasani, As-Suddi and Ibn Zayd. Ibn Jarir said: “The Qur’an is more trustworthy than the previous books.
Therefore, whatever agrees with the Quran in these earlier books is true, and whatever disagrees with the Quran is false.”
This verse and these opinions alone are enough to make us assume that the Qur’an naturally assumes that the Bible is corrupt.
But still in ther verses quran pointed that the people corrupt the interruption, and verses that confirm the Bible, who wrote the Quran was confused about the matter, God bless you.
