We as people deserve eternal death because we've all sinned against a Holy God for the Bible says For All falls short of the glory of God and the wages of Sin is death…
But God is rich in mercy and Love, the Bible says He absolutely finds no pleasure in anyone dying in their sins
He made a way to save people from eternal death & satisfy His Judgement simultaneously
1. Jesus who is God came to earth and lived a perfect life,
2. Died on the cross
3. And was Resurrected to back to Life 3 days later from the grave
So in short. JESUS paid our fine for us, by sacrificing His life for us
by taking the very punishment that you and I deserve which is death and Hell, even though we were guilty of committing crimes against God, are fine was paid for.
because of Jesus' Life, Death, and resurrection, & He offers His life for you and everyone else who ever lived, as a Gift
You accept his offer by repenting of your sins which means you changed your mind about your sinfulness which coincides the moment you place your faith in Jesus
The Bible says if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you profess your faith and are saved. As Scripture says, "Anyone who believes in him will never be put to shame.""
For it is by grace that you're saved, through faith, and this is not of yourselves, it is the gift of God, not by works, so that no one can boast.
Which means that you don't get to heaven based on the good you've done in your life. But only by believing in Jesus, since He is the Way, the Truth, and The Life, the only way to the Father is through Him.
For the Bible says those who placed their faith in Jesus that God has given us eternal life, and this life is in his Son. Whoever has the Son has life; whoever does not have the Son of God does not have life."
For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him. Whoever believes in him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe stands condemned already because they have not believed in the name of God's one and only Son."
That's why He sent his Son for God so loved the World that he gave His One & Only Son that whosoever believes in Him will not perish but have everlasting life

They had homophobia in the translations and took out the 'lyings=bed of a woman', No woman mentioned! its about a woman's bed,and not about the two men only in a bed.

These are not man-made morals made by men. It takes a heck of a lot more faith to be an atheist than it does to be a Christian. First off you believe in evolution which is only a theory and something that is never been observed ever. We have not one single example of something coming from nothing. If evolution were true you would have a hard time explaining how there are creatures crawling on this earth today that have irreducible evolutionary features. Features that if you removed the bug or creature would die.
You may think that fossils take millions of years to form but the problem with that is we have more examples showing that the fossilization process happened rapidly and in a short period of time than anything else. We don't have any evidence to show that dinosaurs and humans roam the earth in the same time period but we also don't have any fossils showing evidence that certain fish swam with whales despite the fact that both exist today and are definitely in fact cohabitating in the same environment.
You also have to explain how it is that all civilizations which were far disconnected from one another and never interacted with one another had the same morals. People love to say that humans and apes shared 98% of their DNA but we know at this point that has been quietly debunked by the same people who brought it up in the first place. The similarities are at about 80%. We also share 33% of our DNA with bananas. As far as DNA is concerned field mice and horses are more closely related than horses and zebras.
Speaking of DNA you also have to deal with the fact that somehow proteins manage to organize themselves into a string of instructions that are responsible for how your body ages and grows.
If evolution is true explain bacteria. Explain how bacteria multiplies a thousand times faster than humans but we do not have a single example of bacteria gaining functions beyond a single cell.
You would also have to explain how you justify your morals and values if there is no God to set that standard.
You can have a light with no shadow but you cannot have a shadow with no light.
When you think of heaven and hell you should think of it in terms of decisions and choices. You cannot force someone to love you God cannot force someone to love him because love can only be freely given. God built within us free will. The ability to decide for ourselves if we want to be with God or away from God. If you ultimately decide you do not want to be with God God will not force you into his presence. Because you never wanted to be with God in the first place you will be sent to hell after you face judgment. We all have send against God and we all deserve the death penalty for sinning against God. The wages of sin is death. Jesus came to fulfill the laws previously prescribed to the Jews thus ending the previous covenant God had with his people. Jesus dying on the cross and defeating death 3 days later lifts the death penalty off of us just so long as we believe in our heart and confess with our mouth that Jesus is Lord and Savior and died on the cross for our sins.
People that will come up to you and start quoting scripture from the Old testament clearly do not know what Christians believe in. And just like the Quran they will get it wrong. There are three different laws in the Old testament. The moral laws of Moses, the laws of tradition, and the civil laws. The other two laws aren't exactly set up in list form like the moral laws of Moses but if you read enough you get a general idea that there are other sets of laws outside of the moral laws of Moses. Christians are not required to follow these three types of laws in their entirety but they do have relative equity. If you really want to know the laws that Christians are required to follow as commanded by Jesus just read the gospels for yourself.
Furthermore you will not inherit the kingdom of heaven if you think it's okay to have one foot in Christianity and the other foot in sin. You need to have both feet and one or the other you cannot have it both ways. The particular word or phrase that the gays love to debate is a word coined by Paul himself. It is a word that describes an immoral behavior. And even if we were completely wrong about that particular word you still have to deal with the fact that the Bible from cover to cover describes what moral sexual behavior is and what immoral sexual behavior is. You can sit there and try to debate that particular point until you die of old age but there's no disputing that God has described to us exactly what he expects from us in this regard. If you're going to sit here and say that the god of the Jews and the God of the Christians allows homosexual relations you also have to ignore the other 90% of the Bible that describes only men and women to have the ability to get married. You would also have to describe how you plan to procreate which is what is expected of you and you cannot do that in a homosexual relationship.

Also Jesus repeatedly called himself the son of man, what he was referring to when he called himself the son of man was a scripture taken from the book of Daniel where it says;

Jesus called himself the son of man because in Daniel's vision it says;

Someone like a son of man (Jesus) approached the ancient of days (God) and the son of man was led into God's presence. Here Daniel makes a clear distinction between the son of man and God two different entities and Jesus is not God. He is God's son. He is called in John 1:18 the only begotten God,. meaning he is the only one who Jehovah God created directly with his own hands everything after Jesus was created for Jesus and through Jesus.
And when Jesus said I and the father are one he meant that they are in agreement just as he said the same thing about his disciples in John 17;11

The parable of the tenants says exactly that, when God planted a vineyard he rented it out to cultivators, when the harvest came he sent servants to collect his share of the crops they beat the first sending him away still God sent more. Some they beat others they killed and lastly God says; Mark 12:6-8 NIV “He had one left to send, a son, whom he loved. He sent him last of all, saying, ‘They will respect my son.’ “But the tenants said to one another, 'This is the heir. Come, let's kill him, and the inheritance will be ours.' So they took him and killed him, and threw him out of the vineyard.
Jesus has a God who he worships and they are not equal. Jesus said this many times saying;

When Jesus was crucified he said;

Jesus also says in Revelation he is the beginning of the creation by God, meaning he is the first thing God created;

These are the words of the Amen, the faithful and true witness, the beginning of God’s creation.
Trinitarians have no understanding of the scriptures and what simple terms mean like "Father and son". The Trinity is a false doctrine and false gospel.
Also Jesus is not equal with Jehovah. Jesus is subject to Jehovah, Jehovah is not subject to Jesus.

For he “has put everything under his feet .” Now when it says that “everything” has been put under him, it is clear that this does not include God himself, who put everything under Christ. When he has done this, then the Son himself will be made subject to him who put everything under him, so that God may be all in all.
Trinitarians are false teachers, they use isagesis which means they interpret their own ideas into the text instead of exegesis which is letting the scriptures interpret themselves.
However Jesus is a God but he is not the one God Jehovah and he is not part of a unbiblical Trinity. In Isaiah 9:6 he is called mighty God.
But Jehovah is referred to as El shaddai which means almighty God that term is never applied to Jesus. Jesus is referred to as El Gabor which means mighty God.
And notice in Revelation it says;

Then I looked, and there before me was the Lamb, standing on Mount Zion, and with him 144,000 who had his name and his Father’s name written on their foreheads.
The 144,000 have his Father's name and his name written on their foreheads, there's no mention of the holy spirit or the Trinity, and in every vision given to every prophet of God they all saw one entity sitting on a throne who is Almighty God Jehovah. There is no vision of three God's sitting on thrones.
It says in phillipians 2:7;
but emptied himself, by taking the form of a servant, being born in the likeness of men.
What did Jesus empty himself of? His divinity. That's the real truth Jesus was nothing more than a perfect man equal to what Adam was and what Adam lost in the garden of Eden that he repurchased with his blood and his ransom sacrifice. Death entered the world through one man and thus death spread to all men because they had all sinned.
Romans 5:18-19 NIV
Consequently, just as one trespass resulted in condemnation for all people, so also one righteous act resulted in justification and life for all people. For just as through the disobedience of the one man the many were made sinners, so also through the obedience of the one man the many will be made righteous.
When Jesus became a perfect man on earth he wasn't a God man. He gave up his divinity. He burnt his bridge That's what is so precious about his ransom sacrifice he gave up everything to become a perfect man and redeem us and buy us back with his own blood.
Jesus couldn't just dematerialize and return to heaven he emptied himself. The only way for Jesus Christ to return to heaven was he had to be born again. That's why he was baptized in the Jordan by John the Baptist and holy spirit came down as a dove and god anointed him with holy Spirit. In the same way we who are Christ's brothers are born again and we inherit immortality just as Christ has received immortality from God and life and ourselves just as God gave Christ life in himself.
John 5:26 NIV
For as the Father has life in himself, so he has granted the Son also to have life in himself.
Flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God. We are born again by the water and the spirit.
1 Corinthians 15:50-55 NIV
I declare to you, brothers and sisters, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God, nor does the perishable inherit the imperishable. Listen, I tell you a mystery: We will not all sleep, but we will all be changed--- In a flash, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet. God doesn't condemn the word homosexuality, he condemns the act.

She doesn't fully accept the Bible & what scripture says. She wants to choose what makes her comfortable in sin & rationalize her world view & not God's world view & standards. The truth is it's often uncomfortable to be a true Christian because culture will come against. It's a choice: pride & rebellion or submission to the Holy Spirit & God's word.
Exactly, God's word is not held with prevalence or highest authority in her life. She is refusing to submit to what God wants not what she wants hence the name they give themselves is pride. It's so terribly sad to see so many deceived by this lifestyle.
