Hi Tim made my own skid ring lock move its ok for flat ground. The one I made has metal skids for rocky terrain. Work ok and doesn't get caught or jam up. The netting sit above the ground. I use my quad with a hitch or D Shackle
I think the only time it wouldn't do is fencing through a dense scrubby tree line , which is not that often for me. Sometimes I have rolled out some then had to stand the roll up to get between a couple of trees. Other than that tow it with the quad bike.
Would you believe it, been waiting to pickup a tractor mounted quickfencer unit to dispense rolls of netting and barb etc. Find a rusty one in a farm sale but made near new price £2000,.... Today thought I would knock together something out of the back of the pickup to unroll 100m of Tornado sheep netting and it worked..... Then I flicked through your UA-cam videos for "figure of 8 knots" You guys have made one over a month ago!
Hi Tim love your work , have you ever thought of doing a video on chicken wire or rabbit proof fencing. I hate installing it and would love to know how to do it properly.
I love seeing what people create. Have you seen these two past videos of mine about wire rollers? ua-cam.com/video/r0MKdMudN78/v-deo.html and ua-cam.com/video/pmYAjPOtVgo/v-deo.html
Made one years ago ,easy as to do and mine will clamp the wire when it needs to be tightened. Can then pull tight and nailed to post. Job done 😁🍺

Do you have a website link for this one? I can’t find it on Google.

I made one, the roll stands upright and is connected to a 2' square tube that slots into a towball mount, I put a receiver onto a 3 point tool bar.
Hi Tim. Nice tool. Simple ideas to solve everyday problems. Great!!
Good morning, Tim, excellent piece of kit, great review, not an instruction booklet insight, Cheers.
I saw this the other day and bought one right after I saw 😂 this thanks Tim ❤
I have something similar. . Made it ten years ago. If i had known there was a market for it i think I'd still be poor.
😂
alright. I'm making one of these.
Send me a photo when you do. If you don't get around to it, the thing's pretty cheap to buy.
Brilliant - can I get one sent to the UK please 🙏
I have no idea mate. Contact them via the link in the video description. I’m sure they’ll help!
Thanks for your work here Tim. I couldn't find the product on their website, do you have a link?
Suggest you use the website contact menu mate. Sorry I can’t help you with a direct link
Simple and effective.

G'day mate, top video again
Good for straight line?flat fence lines maybe not ideal for undulating fence lines !
Everything has limits, that's why there are so many solutions.
if you drive backwards, it rolls the mesh up!
