I appreciate you being to the point and making the instructions easy, thank you!
Good one Brian and like so many of your videos/tutorials easy to follow and usually gives us some really simple answers to common problems.😀
First time I've ever seen SFC actually repair something. Thanks for the fix!
Thank you. It works. I got this message, "Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations." and restarted the windows explorer liked you instructed. It works.
Cheers for this Bri. Running win 11 and as of yet I have not encountered this error. However this video gets saved into my YT Britec folder. Just in case it does happen. Thanks Bri
Thanks, the fix worked for me!
Thanks Brother
It works for me
God bless you brother
Short and Sweet Video 👍
Very interesting video thanks for info buddy
Interesting. I can't say I've had that happen. When I first got Windows 10, I downloaded a reg file that reinstated Windows Photo Viewer and it's worked like a champ ever since. Another thing I do is to have an icon for Command Prompt on my desktop which I tell to run as administrator. It saves hunting around for it and right clicking, you could also pin it to the taskbar.
thanks alot the process worked to my machine
I used to encounter problems of Photo Viewer not "scrolling" through the directory (IIRC). I believe I would rebuild the index to solve this; I also reduced indexed folders.
Tks Brian. The issue I have is Windows (10) taking 20 to 30 seconds to open a photo. Doing the scan now command prompt has never helped. Had this issue for a while now, over a year. Any ideas? Thanks.
Thank you this did fix the issue, however the issue still comes back and I have to do this fix that you offered at least once a week. Is there a more permanent solution?
Never had this issue myself but handy to know how to fix it if I ever do
You're welcome
I had that problem a long time ago had to restore the system from backup I wish this video was then it would of saved me a lot of time and work like always your videos are the best
You are welcome!
Will that fix repair Windows Photo Viewer reporting insufficient Memory to display random cropped / Android originated JPG files?
I love video thanks for all the help. I have a win10 question. Whenever I turn on my system I get these wonderful screen shots from around the world and tells me the location of the photo and gives me the option to like or dislike, well for some reasons I haven’t seen this lately I just get a mountain picture on a lake when I start up my system I think it started doing this after a 21H2 update. I kinda miss looking at those wonderful photographs. Any hint on how to get that back. Thanks

Is there a way to get a get Thumbnail Previews on Folders in Win 11? Windows 10 had it in File Explorer.
Sweet, that worked for me!
Thanks Brian sorted the issue ,however another issue is every time windows 11 does an update I find my start box isn't working. You would think windows would have fixed this issue by now. Almost want to go back to Win 10 Any suggestions?..
thank you. It seems to be a common error. very helpful.
Glad it helped
Unfortunately, this didn’t work for me. Since upgrading from Windows 10 to 11, no photos of any type in any folder will open. My error message is a bit different, too. My error says: No such interface supported. Is there a fix for this one?
Had to do a full reboot but otherwise this fixed my problem, cheers!
thanks
Awesome, thanks!
No problem!
when i type in "sfc /scannow" it's telling me to reset my pc, but when i do that and type it in again, its just keeping on telling me to reset.
Good video, thanks for sharing.
Thanks for watching!
It worked! Thanks a lot!
thanks Britec09 nice little tip
Any time
My computer at work has this illness. Since I'm not administrator, and cannot run SFC, I switched over to open everything in Paint.

I cant solve it, bc I got the same error when I try to run cmd itself
tysm for this video
My pleasure 😊
Another recommendation is to enable windows photo viewer through win aero as it is less clunky
I like windows photo viewer
Hi still i got same issues after doing all this.
Thanks for the video! This is a temporary fix unfortunately, the error will be back.....
Also, Sfc: "Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations."
*Edit: Had the error again. I just restarted explorer, it worked!* So It's a temporary easy fix.
Wow!! Nice
Thank you! Cheers!

It’s so annoying you have to keep doing this so frequently. I wish Microsoft would figure out what the problem is
