Robotic Case Packer and Palletiser

This robotic packing and palletising cell includes the preparation of the slip sheets, forming of the shippers, loading of product, taping, labelling and palletising of up to 45 shippers per hour. The cell integrates a serialisation (Track and trace) system for carton and shipper level serialisation. The cell is located in a clean pharmaceutical environment so product is palletised onto slip sheets and trays before it is transferred out of the cell on the power-roller trolley system.
