The instruction herein, as well as the enthusiasm of the instructor, are, by 'far', the Absolute BEST on UA-cam, totally spot on! The instructor not only teaches with clarity, but provides wonderful additional bonuses, like shortcuts to such strokes as enlarging tables (CTRL+ roll mouse), that I can employ in all my overall use in Excel! (Thank you!) I truly enjoyed the mastery level of this training tool. I "do" have a question: When wanting to use the tip of not placing a "false" for a text list, during a VLOOKUP, but needing to ensure that all within that text list is in ascending order, is there a function one can write, ...say, to locate any obscurities within the initial list of names (or items)--if working with a very long group/column? Or, do we merely alter the table via Sort&Filter to that of A-Z order?
The formula to sort is insane!!! I have videos on this topic, but without any doubt, you want to use the Sort Button, not a formula. This is generally not a problem because for 100s of years, humans have been using lookup tables with the first column sorted for taxes, commissions, interest rates, square footage and so on. I do have video on these insane array formula, if you want...
