Two things I want to point out. First, when I got Psylocke's 5* artifact, which has an 80% chance to increase crit damage by 30%, I noticed a significant increase in her damage. Assuming the enraged proc works the same way as the "increase crit damage" effect, an 80% increase (pre buff) should already be insane, and a 200% increase should be totally busted, and obviously it isn't. Second, for the increase crit damage effect, whether on skill passives or artifacts, as we all know the numbers have two exclamation marks next to it (as opposed to just one) and there's an additional star as well. If you check the gameplay it is certainly not there, which leads me to believe that the enraged proc is not applying at all. Btw I tested with my T3 Hulk in ABL yesterday and the score is basically the same.

@@CS-Student I don’t know man it has been on a steady downward decline over the last year. And it seems like they haven’t quite got their footing ever since the game switched hands to new owners. It could level out and come back to being an enjoyable game maybe I’m just at the end of the rope when it comes with frustration with the devs. But to me it feels like everyone is just kind of hanging around hoping that things will get better because they have put time and money into the game (including the devs). Not that there aren’t high moments where things are looking better but those are too far and few between.

Cynicalex does complain a lot but that is basically to let players know what is not worth it to do in the game and hoping that the devs will improve it. But I play this game already over 2 years and I think it was definitely worth my time and I will keep spending time on it because I like it. My opinion is that this is the best marvel game or at least I enjoy it the most. I can’t say if it is worth your time, but even though there are a lot of complains, there are also a lot of things that I like. When I started things were very confusing but i learned eventually how everything works and how to become better and better and the nice thing is that this game keeps continuing and it is not dying, not yet at least.

I've had a little practice with the enraged proc on namor specifically. Since it's charges based on skills used, I usually go 4c2c1c5dc3. Not saying it's a great rotation by any means but it does ensure I always get my enrage while I'm doing the 3rd skill. When t3 is up, I just take 1 out the rotation. I can usually get my enrage and regular rage proc simultaneously. And I've noticed very little difference in performance
This update is a big feels bad. I made 3 reforged rages, and want my 18 CTPs back. I noticed no increase in my ABL score with Moon Knight. I hope they fix this.
This update is by far the worst update of 2022: 1. Namor worthless. 2. Hulk over nerfed. 3. BB nerfed (presented as a buff). 4. Rage reforge is a fail. Really dissapointed on NM on this,
I guess they just have to make it so the enraged effect activates along with rage proc because if it's just activating after the proc then there will be no extra damage because it increases your crit damage so if you aren't even criting then it would do nothing. And running around ruining your regular smooth rotation to make sure both are activating at the same time is not only annoying but it also wastes time so overall it will still take same time as with regular rage.
The problem definitely has nothing to do with balance, it 100% is just not acting as intended. My best guess is that it does not in fact ignore the maximum, and is just giving crit damage. I have no clue what "testing" they did, but I would assume they did it on blank accounts with blank characters and just the reforged ctp. If you go from no crit damage to max crit damage you would notice a jump in damage. If it works as intended, and as it's described on the ctp it wouldn't be "slightly better" it would like 2.5x your damage when it procced. It's not a balance problem it's just broken.
Need to test on someone with guaranteed crit. Maybe value will increase further on toons like Thor when coulson gets a 6th skill, so we can give him g. crit. I think it should have been a chain hit boost.

Why don't they take action this fast and fix Namor? Hulk? Apparently Black Bolt too? It seems they have other priorities... or they just don't.
I was mocked when i said that testing a reforged rage with enraged didn't do nothing. I WAS RIGHT. The enraged thing didn't do anything, and the all attacks/defenses was even better than the other one
I'm pretty sure 99% of the mff population does not want a reforged rage to be a significant thing. I think i have 17 rages which I would guess is extremely high and I still can't imagine reforging them. Reforging is still straight up a horrible system.
The initial testing might not be able to fully explain the strengths of reforged rage in all the gamemodes so let's wait till more testing are done by the content creators and top players and decide how to cope with this situation

Hulk's T4 has a bug it doesn't properly apply its liks nothing .try using T4 in your rotation in gbr vs not using T4 in 1st phase and for the 2nd phase its like his normal T3 damage Then this rage is not properly working the total damage of numbers is not working .this bug has a huge impact to this major update

tbh i kind of found out midway through my dorm fight how it procs and instead i just decided to not use as many skills. for example with bb, i do 35dc46 then 1 2 but in the next one iui only do 35dc4 so that i dont reach the full bar. had to consciously do it so i dont proc by accident but within the run i was able to proc it consistently. Though i am quite unsure if i was doing better or not sicne i didn't bother testing beforehand. If I am being completely candid, I do udnerstand the community's grievance with the newly updated things. But honestly Black bolt even at t3 can contribute a lot of damage to gbr. At T4 he does even more and just shreds through it. I honestly don't thinkhe needs a buff. Hulk is already good in pvp i dont think there is aneed for him to be good in pve as well without certain sacrifices being made in the other game mode. Its unrealistic to expect or want one unit to do better than most in 2 game modes. The game devs did tell us this so we should have honestly expected it. Listen, rage is a very important and needed ctp, some characters can't perform even half as well without it, so we don't need to cut our reserves by half by fusing them into a mighty, honestly the worse reforged ctps of rage are the better. I came back to the game 2.5 years ago and I only have 4 equipped rages and 1 pending to buy from legendary battle, a whale's point of view is NOT the great majority of players's reality, this game already gives too much of a gigantic advantage to whales to increase it even further with each update.

In all honesty, I used a reforged mighty ctp of destruction on my doc strange. And I was able to clear knull from 3 minutes down to ~1.20. I don’t know what effects the players aren’t getting, but either way I hope they fix it.
Maybe the calculation of critical damage isn't what we thought it was, or maybe they've changed it. I mean what if it's based on the base damage, not the damage with all the character's buffs applied to it first. That would make this boost in critical damage far harder to see, while still letting the devs say "nothing to see here", because what they actually mean is "it's working as intended".
I wonder if there is some sort of damage cap going on. Because theres no way that a 2x crit damage buff results in the exact same times. The only other things i can think of are the procs not lining up, or the player not actually criting. Since the player has to crit in order for the buff to be active, it may be possible that the player just isnt critting. Otherwise, the proc is probably broke
I think the firing and reduction of net marble employees someone from them who lost a job or something like that is taking out his/her grudge against netmarble to teach them a lesson

In the near past it happened too often, that the devs had to fix issues or buff/nerf certain characters and effects. Is there nobody able to test beforehand, if everything works? I would have lost my job several times with this grade of quality. In terms of the reforged Rage issue, it seems, that the crit damage cap is still active. Such a junior mistake, if theee effect is influenced by the cap, that the effect should have ignored. Stupid.
I really don't get it, you'd think by now the Devs would want to make sure going into a major sale season, that the player base would be happy and ready to spend mad money on this game, whether it's Black Friday or the Anniversary Sale. But the Devs seem intent on pissing off the player base and having us close our wallets instead. I'd have thought have the Ultimate's update they'd have learned their lesson, but I guess they still need to keep screwing things up just in time for a major sale to appear. So please devs, hamstring Hulk, give us a very disappointing Namor, tell us the Rage CTP was working as intended, but you buffed it just to keep us 'happy' and then it still manages to do nothing extra (keep in mind I haven't even reforged a Energy or Judgement yet, as I don't have so many of these to sacrifice), and yes release M'Baku but leave him and T2... Seriously, I really hope they surprise us with a mid-month update, where they fix all this and gives us even more. Maybe they could even give us a revamped Timeline Survival so that game mode isn't just sitting there in the dust - I actually liked it, but there's no reason to run it.

So is it the actual buff or the fact it seems to proc AFTER your normal rage proc is over? Other CTP's you can time both procs... RAGE you really can't. Also the RAGE is really more reliant on RNG than any other CTP... I really don't give a crap, but it seems something is wrong.
I agree about Reforged Rage. It doesn't seem to be any better than regular rage, and trying to time that proc out is pointless. better to just ignore it. I guess the plus base stats is the way to go on those for now...

I have just a mighty rage on carnage and not the best account but it definitely Improved my carnage score in abl. I couldn't get 4million with anything he is the first I got over 4 million on abl with one. But it was not that much higher than before I was at 3.8 same set of toons.

Yesterday, when enrage proc was 80%, i clean knull 49 with bw in 91 second. Now with 200% it's joke.

Netmarble F****d up 3 Tier-4 characters and a CTP Reforge in one day. They always seem to mess up every Black Panther Update.

In the near past it happened too often, that the devs had to fix issues or buff/nerf certain characters and effects.

In terms of the reforged Rage issue, it seems, that the crit damage cap is still active. Such a junior mistake, if theee effect is influenced by the cap, that the effect should have ignored. Stupid.

I really don't get it, you'd think by now the Devs would want to make sure going into a major sale season, that the player base would be happy and ready to spend mad money on this game, whether it's Black Friday or the Anniversary Sale. But the Devs seem intent on pissing off the player base and having us close our wallets instead. I'd have thought have the Ultimate's update they'd have learned their lesson, but I guess they still need to keep screwing things up just in time for a major sale to appear.
So please devs, hamstring Hulk, give us a very disappointing Namor, tell us the Rage CTP was working as intended, but you buffed it just to keep us 'happy' and then it still manages to do nothing extra (keep in mind I haven't even reforged a Energy or Judgement yet, as I don't have so many of these to sacrifice), and yes release M'Baku but leave him and T2...
Seriously, I really hope they surprise us with a mid-month update, where they fix all this and gives us even more. Maybe they could even give us a revamped Timeline Survival so that game mode isn't just sitting there in the dust - I actually liked it, but there's no reason to run it.
I’m doing WBL stages 35-45 about 30-45 seconds faster by using mighty rage Vs normal rage. I mean it’s definitely noticeable.

With every update bugs are increasing, has someone hacked mff? Dev's in forms not accepting that reforged rage is normal rage, I have a old video of my T3 hulk clearing stage 29 in 3 min, after update my T4 hulk now clears in 3min! No T4 buff, and not lot of players complain about it because most don't have T4 materials and devs neglecting T4 buffs of hulk,blackbolt is scary.

The only thing the Devs think about is how to force you to waiste money or crystals . They know people will play the game no matter how bad the update is
So I just wasted rages from some of my valuable chars to get this in a hope to build one good char... Amazing devs keep it up.
So is it the actual buff or the fact it seems to proc AFTER your normal rage proc is over? Other CTP's you can time both procs... RAGE you really can't. Also the RAGE is really more reliant on RNG than any other CTP... I really don't give a crap, but it seems something is wrong.
I agree about Reforged Rage. It doesn't seem to be any better than regular rage, and trying to time that proc out is pointless. better to just ignore it. I guess the plus base stats is the way to go on those for now...

My wife just did this yesterday (25% pierce) and wb felt no different at all. Why reforge if you can't Calc the effects properly on what is easily the best ctp??

I have just a mighty rage on carnage and not the best account but it definitely Improved my carnage score in abl. I couldn't get 4million with anything he is the first I got over 4 million on abl with one. But it was not that much higher than before I was at 3.8 same set of toons.
it not apply crit damage effect for sure. look on top left of crit damage text, it dont have spike like other charactor skill ( namor..... ) so they just make it not apply yet to take money from whale

maybe the crit damage increase from enraged is not stacking up with regular 200% crit damage..
The enrage proc is definitely an issue. The devs are definitely smoking something if they think there's a difference.

well im f2p and somehow managed to get my hands on a brilliant rage...but too soon lool gotta tell u it does absolutely nothing for my carnage..also makes me think if carnage's uni effect works where he gets 100% crit dmg.. my guess is no

maybe the problem is not the rage enrage ctp give damage, maybe the problem is how is the bosses receive the rage enrage ctp damage.
GBR has been reset to when it first came out cant finish even with full teams of T4. Devs are garbage.
