There are two covers of this fairly obscure song on UA-cam, and yours is my favorite. Thank you so much for recording this. It is perfect. I have been singing harmony to this on bad days for maybe two months. I'm commenting to hopefully keep this video relevant. Thank you so much for this.
Your voice it's so tender but really deep. It's beautiful to hear your voice in my ears you have a wonderful talent. And I can tell that you love to sing cuz you are not struggling to reach a note you are just shining and it's wonderful.
Oh, c'mon, Hef, you R not true, at all. I liked it, so much, for the reason - the way it was done has certain warmth to it. Sincerity ... You know, that's whole point of Molinas music. Sincere, brave showoff of his own bleeding heart, if I may say it like that. No holding back. In fact, I think if there were some more little mistakes, "undetermined" notes, it would sound even better. By the way, reeealy nice voice, Alva. Thanx for sharing this!
@@OrderOfTheImperfectCircle If You ment me - no, I don't, but I do have Very Good Ears for listening, and, which is more important to me, I COMBINE it with my mind :), not only in anatomical sense.
@@OrderOfTheImperfectCircle Man, "sincere" does not relate to technique at all. I am not sure how U even connected those two, because if there is, like, a practice, or theory, or description of "sincere" as technique, it wouldn't be sincere at all, would it? - Everybody could do it, whoever master the "technique", not needing to understand the words or music. ... C'mon, man: brain-on :D - It is related to, ... true presentation of feeling, maybe (not sure how to explain it in English) - little things that can not be reproduced unless artist truly feel the words, and it often is not completely conscious thing, it is done without artist pushing it... So, I don't think Alva repeated Jason's way of singing, rather, it, as a whole, sounded sincere and nice, to me. Has Jason's sincere punch, not copied.
@@OrderOfTheImperfectCircle dude, no need for rudeness! Also, you don't need to be a musician to have an opinion, or knowledge. Good set of ears, and love, lot of it. What are you missing of those?
Jason would be proud of you.
Thank you so much for posting this. I learned this song by playing and singing to this video.
