A good friend of mind was riding on the back of the cart on our Sorting Clay's course when he dropped his oil finished Beretta 694 on gravel. I was able to remove all the dents (the longest was over an inch) with a little orange paint remover, and steam.
I then applied boiled linseed oil, and you could not tell the stock had been damaged. Definitely a plus for oil finishes.

Have 25K rounds thru Zoli ZSport Gold with grade 3 adjustable comb…has been flawless…almost as easy to work on as my Perazzi MX8 which is my back up gun…live in the US and am always surprised why UK reviews are so negative

I agree with you. I have nothing but good experience with Zoli, both, selling and shooting them.

I agree 100%. I went to the nationals 3 years in a row and demo all of the different manufacturers. The Zoli is the best bang for the buck, the only other manufacture I would have considered was Kolar. That being said at the time the Kolar was almost double the price.I did finally get to meet Paolo and speak to him, he was so graces he spent at least 45 minutes with explaining all about the Zoli. After that I ended up buying a Zoli mid rib from Coles and after had a custom stock done by Coles. Flew down got fitted picked out the wood I wanted and back home in the same day.

I did the same thing and came to similar conclusions. Zoli has good bang for your buck. But Kolar is amazing and more expensive. Turns out, not much more expensive though. At least not now. The Z-Sport I was interested in was $9,600. Kolar is $13,000. I bought both but wound up getting rid of the Zoli. I prefer Kolar much more after having both for a year. Just fits me better and I like their overall approach more. Zoli still makes a good gun though.

Yet another highly enjoyable and informative video. The low key promotion here in the UK and the poor second hand values, almost certainly puts off many potential buyers and your video has convinced me that a Zoli is well worth considering.

I completely understand what you mean. It is very surprising to me how Zoli is not one of the top 3 most used guns out there. I truly believe that if it was more expensive, people would pay more attention to it.
Thank you for watching the videos!

When you say it is same trigger and the same lock up, is that just across the 12ga models, or is the trigger the same between the Z-Gun, Expedition, Pernice, etc. in both 12ga and 20ga?

The trigger and the lock up is the same across all of them. Of course that it is scale down to the size, gauge and receiver shape

Amazing Video. Thanks. We have a few Zoli's at the range here in Mumbai - India and I have to say they are built really well. But... For some strange reason the guns naturally pattern very high even at the flat setting of the adjustable comb. Is there some logic that Paulo discussed that he designed the guns to naturally shoot almost like a 70:30 or more?

Thank you for watching the video.
Im not sure why your guns are shooting high. I few years ago i used a zoli as my main gun and was able to get it dialed to my 60/40 pattern. I think it would be a question of gun fit or maybe are you using an adjustable rib gun?

"Zoli holds the record for the strongest barrel-to-action fit of any kind of shotgun..." Ummm what? Is there proof of this somewhere? How was this tested and determined?

I think it would be a good idea to go with the oil finished wood then you can get a synthetic stock for hunting in the rain. That way you can have your cake and eat it too.

Love my Z sport, the gun has no recoil what so ever, I can shoot a case of shells out of it and feel like I haven't fired one shot.
