I'm using camon 20 and the advice I'll give anyone planning to get this phone is DO NOT ADD THE 8GB RAM MEMORY FUSION. Don't try it else you will feel like you bought the fake version. The animation slows down. Funny enough, you will not be able to connect to the internet even if you switch to 4g. The processor it comes with helio g88 is not strong enough to handle 16gb ram I'll advice you use other memory options but the 8gb

While I await your response, I will recommend that you adjest tje intensity of your ring light to differnt levels and see if there will be any changes. Sometimes, when the light is too bright, the camera might be give you your desired result.

I guess what you meant to say is whether the front and back cameras can record videos at the same time. If this is your question, yes it can. It is called dual mode in the camera.

It depends on what you REALLY WANT. If the Camon 19 is serving its purpose well enough, I see no reason for change. The fact that it does not support an on-display fingerprint scanner is not a reason for me. If you want to go ahead with the Camon 20, then be prepared to change phones every year because Tecno will keep releasing new phones yearly.
Not all phones have the manual option. Depending on what you are doing with your device, it will automatically switch between refresh rates. For phones that supports Manual refresh rate settings, you have to go to settings, display, refresh rate.

Sorry for the late response. I don’t have any idea yet because I haven’t tested that. But the protective case of the Camon 20 4G can be used on the Camon Pro 4G.
