I visited Seoul N Tower back in Aug 2021. I had the most wholesome and memorable experience. The trick is that you should go there around 2~3 PM and take the stairs up to the tower; take the cable car only on your way back. That gives you some adorable nature shots, also enough time to be spent on the tower observatory.
