You can so tell this is a made up story, by the way it is written. Usually, when talking about something that has happened, it's not spoken like a novel. I wish people wouldn't do this. It's just click bait. Notice how he holds out to tell you what the problem is, until the very end. Lots of flowery words. It's not spoken naturally.

Omgosh she would have gone into instant menopause as her hormones would be lowered with ovaries removed plus also during postpartum wow!!!! Poor thing!!!!
Weird question but wonder if ovaries eggs could be frozen? I know weird thought but maybe it's possible for potential future children.
Also, surprised both ovaries and not just one plus I don't know how that wouldn't be noticed in all the ultrasounds, and with twins I think more ultrasounds are done. Plus compared to over 20 years ago, ultrasounds have become much more 3D. Glad she would have hopefully been out of pain though so that would be at least one positive of the surgery. Wow, anything like this is scary, especially as new parents.
(I am not a doctor, but I do know that nowadays women don’t have to suffer through menopause issues and hormones can be replaced with I think estrogen, etc so anyone dealing with that stage should be aware of hormone replacement therapy I think it's called)
