This is absolutely one of the prettiest string florals on the net. I love it and will try it a number of ways. Thanks for sharing. I am a watercolor floral artist looking to use acrylics as a new medium.
THAT was so fun watch ...in real time too! What a delightful treat! Something I've never heard of before and look forward to trying at least with inks...not sure I'm up to getting so messy with paints LOL! Thank you....really enjoyed the video.
Sorry it was off camera. My camera set up was different that day sorry. The string was dipped in a cup of paint maybe in another video you might see it. The paint should be too thin. Like syrup. Or sometimes I use a paper plate to dip the string.
I would really like to see your prep work with the string...that's what I need, I like background work action. A very interesting effect though & I love the finish look!.
I am very new to this, but you inspired me to try! Mine isn't nearly as beautiful as yours but not bad for a 1st attempt. The string was a bit uncooperative at first. Thanks so much for sharing and teaching us a different technique!
that is beautiful l so love doing the string pulls l did a chain pull the other day after watching you and they looked like mushrooms lol but l loved it
Bloody lovely, I watched you until very late. I'm disabled and can't get out so I'm going to have a go. Get a friend to get me the things. I'll have to listen well. A comment below says they nearly all look like Calla Lilies.does it matter, it's art. Go for it
I learn a lot from you Carol. Thank you for sharing your knowledge and talents. Im not sure if you noticed the paint flowing off of the canvas. The table isn't level. (Just a friendly shout in case you didn't know. Thank you again for all of your hard work!
That turned out beautiful! Especially the one in the middle. Next video, could you put the camera at the top? I couldn't see around your arm and hand, I kept leaning trying to see around! Lol. I can't wait to try this!!! Thanks for sharing.
Thank you for your video. I like the final outcome...very pretty. You are getting really good at doing these flowers. I noticed that your set-up has a bit of space to the left of the canvas that you might be able to use. If you move your canvas over a bit THEN put your work area within sight of the camera we could see you work with the string. Just a thought. Thanks Carole
Wow super awesome, so beautiful 👍
