So many tips from this one video. Using the acrylic block, edging the card with a watercolor pencil, the tea bag. The journal cards are beyond fantastic. Thank you
I absolutely love the steps you showed us in this video! I am saving it in my library so I can try it out! I will be sure to tag you when I do! Thank you! Stunning!
Very inspirational video....and I have subscribed. The only thing that these days seems to sadden me...is everything seems to end up with the artist sewing something on the piece...and I don't have a machine and so sad I do not have that delightful addition to the piece. BUt i will try to make this since I do have a nice supply if of cards already. TY for sharing.
I am so inspired by this! I have made my own fairies, but they sit in my computer waiting for me to let them out! I have now now found a way to use them. Thank you for sharing your process... "liked/subscribed"
Just lovely! Mesmerizing to watch! Thank you! Glad to see you using the tweezers with the tiny hearts. I "ouched" when you did the dots holding them in your fingertips with your other cards!

Hi Cindy, sorry, only saw this comment now. The dictionary words are from a 12" x 12" double sided scrapbook paper from Kaizercraft, and I just cut out each word. When I find the name of the range I will post it here :-)

Thank you 😊
Will acrylic paint work with this as well? Coz i dont have oxides 😂😭😁
Definitely, just water them down a bit, but they will most certainly work. Perhaps I create a video making the same style but using acrylic paints?
@@ShanoukiArt like your with and without collage base video - no distress ink index cards using alternative materials! That would be great 🥰🥰
@@dandeliondream8075 awesome, will work on that soon :-)
Could you say where you got the old library date sheet for the tabs of the index cards?
Hi Carrie, I found the printables on Pinterest. Just search, Vintage Library Card. Here is an example, pin.it/8RRI1iT I can’t find the exact one Inised but this will work :-)
❤
What are using? I mean what is the ink?
Tim Holtz Oxide inks 🩷
Where did you find the fairy girls?
Cindy Barnard I got them on eBay ☺️
Shanouki what are they called or who makes them? They resemble Tim Holtz products.
I’m not having any luck finding the fairy girls.
Cindy Barnard oh I’ll have to check, not sure I kept the packaging and I got them a while back.
Shanouki what are they called?
????
It’s an altered index card used for journaling.
