Mango LAB E SHIREEN
Ingredients for Mango Jelly:
Water 1/1.5 cups
Mango jelly 1 pack
Ingredients for Strawberry Jelly:
Strawberry jelly 1 pack
Ingredients for Mango Puree:
Mango Chunks Diced 1 cup
ingredients for Mango Custard Vermicelli:
Nestle Milkpak Full Cream Milk 1 liter
Sugar 2/3 cup
Colorful vermicelli 1 cup
Mango Custard Powder ¼ cup
Nestle Milkpak Full Cream Milk ¼ cup
Pistachios ¼ cup
Almonds ¼ cup
Raisins ¼ cp
Nestle Milkpak Dairy Cream 1 pack
Directions for Mango jelly
1- In a pan add water, bring it to a boil and add mango jelly.
2- Mix it well and cook for 3-4 mins.
Directions for Strawberry Jelly
1- In a pan add water, bring it to a boil and add strawberry jelly.
2- Mix it well and cook for 3-4 mins.
Directions for Mango Puree
1- In a jar add mango chunks. Blend it well and set aside.
Directions for Vermicelli Custard
1- In a pan add Nestle Milkpak Full Cream Milk, let it boil, and add colorful vermicelli.
2- Cook until vermicelli gets soft and nonsticky.
3- Now add mango puree in it and mix well.
4- In a cup add mango custard and Nestle Milkpak Full Cream Milk and mix well.
5- Now add prepared custard to the vermicelli mixture and mix well.
Assembling.
1- In a bowl add the prepared mango vermicelli custard mixture add pistachios, almonds, raisins, and mango puree, and mix it well.
2- Now add Cocktail, mango chunks, mango jelly, strawberry jelly, Nestle Milkpak Dairy Cream, mix it well and serve.
Prep Time: 15-20 Mins
Cooking Time 10-15 mins
Serving: 3-4

What's the point in adding puree twice? Why not all of it once only?
Cooked puree tastes different to the raw puree. The point to add puree at two different stages is to enhance the flavor...my fellowbeing!😊
