Cookie has been helping my two budgies learn to talk. They were shelter rescues and wouldn't make a peep until I started playing this Cookie video. First they listened but now they are finally starting to talk back to the video and each other. Thank you so much for this.

One of my budgies recently had a sudden death leaving one of the pair alone. For the most part the remaining budgie seems happy in his big home but I can tell they get lonely. When I turn this on they come outside the cage, start singing, chirping, climbing, and flying around the house. It really perks them up. Thank you so much for this friendly hour of happy chirping you have shared. It really helps my lonely budgie.
My budgie Cheeky lost his pal in september he was very distressed for 2 weeks when i decided to look at UA-cam for so budgie company. He just loves it, he makes demandsto watch it se eral times a day, sitting on the tablet or phone. He loves Cookie, he brightens our day. Thank you Alex

She now stands on my hand and eats her millet and is learning the step up command and she does it all while watching this! I think she thinks that the bird in the screen is safe so she is too

She was obtained as a companion for a woman who was 91 at that time & has now , at age 94 , fallen with resulting fractured vertebrae . I'm the local 'birdlady' so Bluestar was brought to me . 3 days ago . today i am playing various soundtracks by budgies for her . This little cookie sounds like a virtuoso to me , her softly whispered words and phrases are so charming ; the voice itself is exceptional .i am only hearing this for the first time and I look forward to listening countless times . Haven't seen bluestar's reaction yet as day is done , gone the sun . i am sure it will comfort her . Thank you from my heart . u clearly have loved your little one well .Bless u both .

Mirrors are dangerous to have in a birds cage, they can become very protective as they might think their reflection is their mate, they will also become obsessed with their own reflection and think it is another bird. So you're basically tricking your bird into thinking there's another bird when there really isn't. Do your research!
I just bought a huge cage for my 2 budgies. I think it's shocking to them that there's a lot of space now. There's so much space I could probably add 2 more budgies! But I'll wait and see.
My budgies where quiet because I had to move them to my room because the living room, their normal area is being worked on. I moved them to my room so they can be safe but they are really quiet when usually they are noisy. So I played this and they started chirping along with cookie! So cute!!!

I know that this is a bit old, but don’t do that! It will cause the bird to think of having a mate, and will try to breed with itself. When they find out it’s themself, they’ll stop loving because they’ll think nothing is real, so don’t do that!
