Long Range Shooting with a powerful but cheap Crossbow

We use the ManKung Kraken which is a low budget (400€) 200 lbs crossbow. How far will we be able to shoot and actually hit our target?

It sounds like when is getting shot and the bow limbs are opening. It is I'm hitting the metal.
