Chasing Calcasieu Trout and Redfish with Capt Bruce Baugh

Some of the Kwigglers team made it back to Lake Calcasieu to fish again with our friend Capt Bruce Baugh. The trip was another a good one with plenty of good trout caught as well as a bruiser redfish on a mix of different baits. And once again Capt Bruce shows his depth of knowledge on the subject of trout fishing on the lake.

did a weekend with Cajun Paradise Outfitters/Charters at Calcasieu this weekend and man was it hot! Super hot but super awesome boat fishing action. Had a great time, caught tons of fish! Mostly trout. But a few flounder, redfish, and black drum were also caught. Bought several new Kwigglers paddletail colors to try but the guides had us on popping corks all weekend. Nevertheless again it was awesome and first time I have ever had a chance to fish in Louisiana.
