Respect for giving the answer about the railway down the tunnel with all eyes on u and for cracking jokes etc in the press conference room when everyone else was being quiet. Considering u have serious anxiety that takes guts. Happy to see u making progress and living! I relate to a lot of what u feel and go through. I know u are trying to leave the anxiety stuff behind and just make the channel about you living your life but I did have a few questions as I was looking for some advice, I promise this will be a one off. 1. For all this exposure therapy/just getting out to improve your anxiety and enjoy doing things like you are doing. Do you always do things with someone you trust? or has some of it been alone? I am terrible at doing things alone but feel I have to as I can't rely on people forever. 2. Do medications/therapy help or do u just do things naturally? 3. How did you meet your wife/gf? (Dating is a struggle with anxiety haha). 4. I know you have agoraphobia or had but can I ask if your anxiety is social or general? If some of these questions are too personal no worries, I just think we have very similar symptoms that I can pick up on so just reply with what u feel comfortable! 💜
Hey, thanks for the comment. I'll do my best to answer your questions. 1. When I first started making progress, it still had to be with someone. But lately it's gotten a lot easier for me to do things alone. I am fine in shops alone now and I can take myself off in to town if need be. 2. I can't answer that one, I took Propranolol for years, never been sure if they help or not. I try to steer clear of the medication questions, i think everyone is different and you should never rule it out completely. 3. Tinder lol. Been together 4 years now and getting married next year. 4. I would say my anxiety was a generalised anxiety, I also struggled with panic disorder and agoraphibia.
Billy,, i would love if you could bring back some people from your old podcast, for old times have another Skype Mark, Andrew,Ben etc. Would love to know how some of these people are doing??? Are they good now?? Or still struggling?
Awesome ? Awesome ? Give ya head a wobble. The place is falling apart at the seams mate. Dated, worn out, and thoroughly depressing. Just like the team.
The "awesome" was referring to the experience. Not the condition of the structures. Haven't been to the ground since the late 90s, so it was nice to see the sights again.
Billy sup brotha......Awesome stadium thanks for taking us along for the experience
Can you do Old Trafford Football Stadium for next Tour Anxiety United?
