Another great video! While I am generally not a kit collector (I have a non logical fear of running out of thread) I thoroughly enjoyed watching this video. You have so many beautiful suggestions. Hello Sarah, So sorry that happened to your husband. It must have been really scary. I pray he fully recovers quickly. I want you to know that I enjoy seeing all your beautiful kits. It's always fun to see what other stitcher's have in their stash. I'm so excited because I got my UNICORN chart/kit in the mail today. I ordered Villa Mirabilia Kit and it wasn't $300.00. Yeah!!! I ordered in Monday night, It shipped Tuesday and I got it today, Thursday. Fabulous!!! Thank you so much for sharing. If it wasn't for you, I don't think I would have ever gotten this one. I opened everything. It's all there and the quality of the fabric and threads is great. I think they used DMC floss and the 28ct tea dyed linen is really pretty with no flubs. It's Beautiful. I did Halloween Fairy. Warning - I did not have enough floss for the wings. Had to rip out and stitch in DMC. So, on those fairies, make sure you have enough floss for the wings before you start. (And I love a good stash dive video! Thanks!)
So happy to see you & the puppies again! Please know I have received Oriental Odyssey and will be thanking you properly ASAP. I have been away and also sick but I do thank you profusely!! Your videos are always a wonder. Tell your husband I feel his pain. I am 67 & trying to get control of my out of control landscaped hill which I have fallen down a few times. Chain saws are scary but they do the job. Heal well, hubby!
