Wonderful interpretation oboist Mr Albrecht Mayer. Mr Mayer has a fantastic breath. His phrasing lasts long without breathing. Plays with soul, "sotto voce". WOnderful tone, more french than german in fact. At last, after the Pierlot/Holliger style had about vanished and had been replaced by "sweet dark tones" in Germany, an oboist who sings while playing! Congratulations Mr Mayer!
