'Ghost Town' is the video for the first track taken from 'Jericho' - the band's new studio album.
Frontman Andrew Freeman states: "The song for me describes breaking a cycle from different perspectives. On a personal level it could be family, career or life expectations, putting a person in an unwanted or unwelcome space. On a grander scale it addresses government expectations. Non-sensical, unethical ideas and laws that become the norm, while turning a blind eye to larger problems.”

Def Leppard release new albums regularly and tour those albums 🤷♂️
Yes they've done the Hysteria anniversary tour but they rarely tour on pure nostalgia
This is however much better and I genuinely like the new Def Leppard album, it always surprised me Vivian went to a band that technically were much simpler than his abilities
I concur. This material is infinitely harder than the Def Leppard stuff.

whoa - yeah the instrument frequency separation, engineering, mix and mastering on this sounds incredible. Great tunes released so far, look forward to the release. In a different non-streaming era, this band would be so much bigger. If you enjoy their art, buy it and go to the shows if they visit your area.

Filmed at the Arcada Theater in St. Charles IL I see. Cool. I was there that day for the VIP Experience. They signed my A Day in the Life EP. It was the first one that they signed. They even put "#1 Signed", and "1st signed" on the back with each of their initials. I luckily got it within minutes of me leaving for the show as it came out that very day. 11-11-22. It has 2 off the new album, and the B-side is two live tracks.
If you don't have this, get it. It's limited to 3000 copies. It's a silver pressing. Looks like METAL! 🤘

@@pjgorman1093 I'm not exactly sure. Wasn't a huge production. Just a guy with a small camera walking around. I have some photos I took during the sound check but none of the filming was from that since it wasn't the same background used. I did hear that thet were working on a small band documentary tho. I have some video of the show I recorded on my Channel if you'd like to check it out. I follow these guys really close so if I have an update, I'll share it. 🤘

I want to congratulate Chris Collier for the superb production and mix on this song. Nothing against Jeff Pilson, he is an amazing producer too( not too mention badass bassist and singer in his own right).

Phil sousan was a good lyrical contribution to the band!!!He wrote shot in the dark on the ultimate sin by Ozzy Osbourne!!!
But did he. The original version was written by Steve and Chris Overland when in a band called Wildlife. Soussan was the bassist for the second Wildlife album. He took it to Ozzy and Steve and Chris got shafted for royalties. Soussan may have some writing input, but typical of the Osbourne machine the Overlands credits were not considered. The original version was recorded by FM on their 2012 EP, Only Foolin’. I even think Soussan had trouble getting paid, which is certainly ironic.

You're right, the guy's got pipes. I saw them live a year ago and just bought tickets to see them again in May. They sound just as good live as recorded. Andrew can do Dio justice too!

Vivian has always been smoking , along with George Lynch and it's great to see both of them still kickin it . But Reb Beach with their new Winger LP is absolutely some of the best guitar leads on the planet . It's amazing the bar he sets in today's guitar wars 💥
If there wasn't that legacy and the tedious and unfair comparisons to Ronnie, people would just say "Wow, that's a damn fine singer!". Vinny and Vivian solid like a tank as they've always been (although I must say Vinny looks somewhat sleepy and "brakes on" in the video) and I really dig Phil, he's so much more than a mere replacement of Jimmy. His vocals are SO good live. What a monster band. Good old times, so comforting and somehow just that they are still rocking... there still is good in the world :)

Wow. Pretty awesome song. This is the only time when Vivian gets to tear it up on guitar. He doesn’t hold anything back here that’s for sure. If only Def Leppard could put out REAL hard driven guitar rock like this. Congrats guys! Can’t wait for Jericho to come out.

Yep, that’ll do for me. We really need to bring this genre of music back into sharp focus around the world. I’m so sick of hearing so much modern “music” across all media, it’s so fucking boring. They played The Big House in the Weirs last year great show. They also play Granite State Music Hall in Laconia often seen them a number of times NEVER DISAPPOINT.
