I wanted to like this thing.

Thank you so much. I read several reviews about customer service and the door not.operati correctly, which made me question it, but figured it just might be operator error of the customer. Took them off my list. Being older, I don't need the hassle of non customer assistance and the return of large items. Sign of the times. Thanks again.
