I wish you explained why they do immunohistochemistry test for AcetylCholineEstrase staining to diagnose this condition. Also no info about Molecular pathology of RET gene loss of function
Are you a pathologist? If so, do you sign out surgicals? I ask because your post is not very useful. You fail to mention the neuromatous hyperplasia that is typically seen in Hirschsprung's disease, and is the most useful clue for diagnosis in a rectal suction biopsy.
