I have a paid Vimeo account. Never knew it did screen record. I've use Camtasia for that. I'm going to try Vimeo now.

Thanks so much for the video. Super helpful. Can I use the recording tool to review documents with my clients and/or present a Powerpoint? Or am I limited to internet screens?
That's a great question! You can also pull up pdfs and other documents too. You can share your full screen or other documents/links that you have open in its own screen. It's pretty versatile.

Hi, does this app allow you to zoom in on a part of the screen as you're recording?
Yes! You can Zoom in and out while screen sharing and recording through Vimeo. You can screen share your entire computer screen or screen share a document/image, etc...
Do you know how to hide the record button overlay that appears in the bottom left corner?
I know you can collapse it by clicking the little arrow on the left side of it, but I haven't seen a way to hide it entirely.
My issue with loom is that most of my clients don't want to sign it to another software. Will Vimeo allow them to view the video with out creating an account? I hope I explained my issue well.
Yes! Absolutely no need to sign in to view (just make sure you give them the public link and not your own link).

The only problem with Vimeo Record is that the mobile app is way waaay less useful than Loom. It doesn't even allow (phone) screen record!!!
Ahh good to know! I don't do business from my phone, so it's not a feature I've tried. I appreciate you adding to the convo for others!
