This song speaks about a sinful woman who came and fell at Jesus' feet weeping over her sinful life (found in Gospel of Luke Chapter 7). Have you ever felt this way? When nothing can erase the past? Well she did and she went to Jesus. She poured out her tears, poured out her soul, poured out her brokenness (strong emotional pain that stops someone from living a normal or healthy life) and laid it all down at Jesus' feet. She came to Jesus with faith and with a repentant heart. And what did she receive in return? Jesus said, "Therefore, I tell you, her many sins have been forgiven-as her great love has shown. But whoever has been forgiven little loves little. Then Jesus said to her, “Your sins are forgiven.” The other guests began to say among themselves, “Who is this who even forgives sins?” Jesus said to the woman, “Your faith has saved you; go in peace.”
