lmao, how to give a monkey a bath...for dummies. dedicated to your sister....PRICELESS!!!!! thank you for the laugh!!! p.s. the baby monkey is so precious!!!💕🐒
you're the best owner I ever scene! everybody thinks that the water is going to melt the monkey so they put the monkey on the stuff teddy bear and put them in the sink and they're just running water on their back these people are really slow and stupid but you're the best I ever seen!!!! all those dummies out there gotta watch this video! water does not melt the monkey
The stuffed animal is because monkey mom has been stolen forever and baby will perhaps not totally freak if it can clutch something. Notice how it's arms and legs try so hard to grab on.
Squirt some baby shampoo into the toilet, toss in the monkey, and flush several times. Ta-daaaaa! Clean monkey. Unless it fits down the drain, then you need to get the power snake out, and auger out the drain before you get a poop back up.
Is he/she a Japanese macaque? I’m in the process of getting a macaque and could really use some advice if you do that kind of thing. I realize it’s not the correct platform here, but if you can, I’d love to talk to you. I’m looking for a stump tail or pig tail. I’ve not seen a Japanese macaque as a pet yet.
I have been wanting to get a baby macaque. Don't want to pay an outrageous price for one. Actually would like to adopt one. Do you know where I could get one, thanks.
I didn't kmow we could have Macaque monkey's in the US. In my state we are only able to own Capuchin monkey's with a permit. If I could afford a monkey the long tail Macaque is what I've always wanted even before owning a monkey was a thing. Monkeys have been my favorite animal since I was a kid watching animal planet with my dad.
Better really check in to the full commitment! At 2ź3 years they become extremely aggressive (sexual maturity) they do bite and will attack. Become attached to one person and can be aggressive to others who come near. They are 24 x 7 and have special diets which must be followed for their health. Most end up in sanctuaries. Few are those who have the passion and commitment for a 15 year full time 1 x 1 job. PLEASE INVESTIGATE THOROUGHLY, NOT JUST WITH THE SELLER. The newborn is pulled from the mother right after birth to avoid attachment, leaving the mothers used to breed very empty and upset. The whole situation is extremely sad. I absolutely would love to adopt one but cannot bring myself to as I am an animal lover and believe it is extremely selfish, breeders are all about $ and purchasers are all about their own wants, no regard for the animals. It should be outlawed in EVERY STATE!
@@susanmunford1394 well said, Susan Lunsford. All monkey as pets in the U.S. should be outlawed. Everybody wants one when there cute, but 2 years later they end up in outdoor cages or sanctuaries once they reach puberty and develop canines.
Same here I've been searching for awhile I live in New Brunswick but father lives in Maine and I can't seem to find the right web page to adopt one can you help me out if ya can I would really appreciate it if you could please and thank you
www.monkeymommy.com carful when looking theres a lot of scams, you will not find a monkey for less than 2500$ if you do it is a scam, also you cannot ship monkeys it is illegal.
Do another one, but either set up a better light source, or at least don’t work in your own shadow! For 720p, it should be easier to see... maybe a faster frame rate? Some things I absolutely HATE that are so common, but that you mercifully SPARED us from that I wanted to say “bless you” for: obnoxious background music, computer robot voice narration, or no narration at all, giving the camera to: a 3 year old, a person with Parkinson’s, Tourette’s syndrome, fits, seizures, or tics, or taking 30 minutes to do something that should only take 4. Again, Bless you, my son.
don't follow this guys bath idea!! lol But he's so cute, but you are a little rough, and need to change your bath way a little..But thanks for the video. I'm sure it will help some..
+John Cook yes they absolutely need the stimulation and socialization but having something to cling to does not cause psych problems by any means. if anything, not having something to cling to will cause issues due to that clinging behavior being an instinct for survival. this little one is old enough to not necessarily need to cling to something but for very young infants it is a necessity in order to have a happy, healthy monkey. you take it away and you will get the exact issues that the person above says that clinging will cause...low confidence, neurosis etc. you can't "toughen up" an infant monkey that way because you cannot change his instinct for survival. it is incorrect to say that professionals will tell you that...absolutely not true. in the wild if an infant does not have mom to cling to it means death for them since mom is protector, food source, warmth source etc. mom gone = no clinging=none of those things =death!
@@beverlycena3547 Interestingly enough, you're the only one who has ACTUAL time in a monkey sanctuary, so you're the closest one to an expert on this thread and yet people still disagree with you. Deeply appreciate your share and knowledge.
That was GREAT 👍🏼 Simple, Logical, Rewarding!! Thank You! Now send this video to Indonesia 🇮🇩 & Vietnam 🇻🇳China 🇨🇳 & Cambodia 🇰🇭 to every babbling idiot w/a babymonkey🙏🏻
The monkey in this video seems to enjoy the bath just fine. It has a lot of self confidence. Much better than watching those sad videos where the little monkey is clinging desperately to a stuffed toy and shrieking its head off in fear and panic while the clueless owners just make a prolonged mess of the entire bathing procedure.
Connie Boles *The whole point* of this exercise is to avoid cultivating the young monkey's neuroses. If you indulge his need for contact comfort while bathing, you show him that you agree he is right to be afraid of that environment. Reinforcing his fear instinct is no way to get him to _"love it much better"_. *This is a far cry* for some sort of tough love bullshit where you subject the poor monkey to repeated distress until he gets used to it. You just need to realise that if _you_ act like bath time is something for him to fear, you're only encouraging him to hold on to his instinctive aversion. *Beverly Cena** is right:* as long as regular baths are unavoidable, what you suggest will only prolong the monkey's misery.
***** *While I am not* aware of any stump-tails having escaped Tanaxpillo, I am assured that they are occasionally found north of TBR--and that they fear automobiles more than they do water, particularly under the age of 15 months. *Mind you,* this is second-hand information from a friend-of-a-friend who left Assam over ten years ago. Nonetheless, he was confident that young _M. arctoides_ could be bathed without extraordinary difficulty and I have no reason to doubt him.
They are used to MUCH rougher in the wild as well as riding underwater for lengths of time attached to their mother's belly. If they need air they work their way around to get it. They can remain underwater for fairly long lengths of time at just weeks old.
Click bait...this video really is how to give a baby monkey a bath after having had a few baths and taught this is what you have to do and go through for a treat afterwards... Haha, never could understand why not swish and shake the baby around in and under the water a few times to wet or rinse and cut the amount of time in half for bathing time spent = less trama and stress for monkey...hehe
Thanks for the cool videos! I would LOVE to know: number one, where are you located, number two, how did you get these, particularly the little monkey in the bath video… I assume a green, a macaque, or sometimes called pigtail…and if you don’t mind my asking, how much did you give for it? Thanks.

11100% without a doubt THE VERY BEST baby monkey bath vid in existence! That one looks like some child's stuffed toy-so cute he doesn't look real- lol
That was great! I've seen many monkeys take a bath and this little guy did great and you did too!
The best bath giver ever, and that baby love that too.
That is the cutest Baby Monkey on UA-cam! Thank you for sharing. I hope you do more videos of that adorable baby!
Cant stop laughing at this less then 5min simple video and there's vids on here lasting HOURS of torture trying to bath a dang monkey ! Lmao
Bathing a monkey is now hard, people are the ones that make it complicated. Lol
Hun they bathe them that long to make them suffer.. they know people are gullible and will think they just don’t know how to.
Bravo! Now that's how you give a bath!
That is how a man bathes a baby! No nonsense!
You did an excellent job! That adorable booger was loving every moment. Made me smile cause that is true love and care.

It's making cute little monkey chirps.
Getting soap in its eyes doesn't matter if it's baby soap which is the type used, not dangerous and will not even sting.

You best rethink the monkey pet, they carry the Hepatitis virus and can transfer that to humans.

So cute!
What's wrong with tossing the old hair dryer in the tub so it will dry off quickly.
Awww.
Love it!
Oh yeah he's loving that not!
That's more like it. Some keep it up for far too long.

Мне страшно, что взрослый мужик ухаживает за макакой, вместо того, чтобы уделять внимание детям и работать.
