Okay, Noora can definitely siiiiing. She has vocals for days. Underrated
Bringer of Pain is a superb work of art. Poor those who haven't listened to this beauty of an album. And Noora..., you have the most spectacular voice!!! You are definitely on another level. You get to the hearts of the people. Thank you for your music!!!

since my mom was watching our national eurovision thing yesterday, I'm under the impression of that and now I'm wondering why you didn't ever go to eurovision with your stuff. Your songs aren't long and have their format, perfect to follow lordi's footsteps xD
because eurovision is such a joke now that it doesnt matter who is gonna win anymore. generally there is send just awful stuff of people who come out of nowhere and will disappear into absurdity just as fast.

But look at lordi, they won the thing and are still relevant today. I'm sure battle beast could do the same, since their songs actually have quality...plus the exposure can't hurt. Just don't enter with "Bastard son of Odin" and the like, they could enter with something like this song, "angel cry" or "sea of dreams"... idk. I'm not enthusiastically rooting for it or anything, the idea just popped into my mind, is all XD

This is just ridiculously good, there is nothing more to be said. Pure bliss, I have listened to this song so many times... I can't recall there being a better female singer than Noora on the metal scene now or in recent years. Of course each singer has a unique voice and there's no such thing as "best" because every person who listens to music loves something different to someone else. But, for me, if I were to compare her to some legendary male singers, I'd put her on the same level as for example Steve Perry, Jimi Jamison, Steve Lee. Unique in their own way. For me she is number one now. The whole band are awesome!
Your not crazy, I 100% agree with you, I think others do to and I think over time many more will also come to think the same. I was super impressed as soon as I heard her on the bands 2nd studio album but it was after I saw how good she was in some live clips, which in my opinion elevates the songs, the thought started to pop into my head. Dam, that's probably one of the best rock/metal vocals I've ever heard. Then I've seen them live too and again even better, the recordings just don't capture what she or the band actually sound like live.
This is a great band, they have that same something that other greats of the past had. Like, the elements on their own are good, but together some magic happens and you cant quite believe how it could be so good. Every song is really good, the albums seem to get better every time, the live performance better than in the studio, music so diverse.

I was at a concert with them in Norway some years ago and I got to hold her hand while she sang that part. I even liked Noora's voice, the problem is songs being Satanist! But shit I got addicted to the song "beyond the burning Skies", very motivating.
I don't know what your deal is but there's nothing Satanist about this band or their songs. First 3 albums are alot of the time based on a fictional fantasy manga series. So perhaps your getting some references to demons and hell from that. The manga series is called Berserker, perhaps read a summary of what its about and you will see that a lot of the bands early songs are based on certain scenes from that series. Nothing to do with Satan worship. The song in this vid for example is about a one sided love, break up song. Songs like king for a day, Master of Illusion are geopolitical commentary song. Eden is about healing ect.

I wonder why she thinks she is far from heaven the enemy of our souls lies to everyone telling them that God doesn't care or doesn't want them and that they are too far gone. For God, no one is far gone. What makes you think that the creator of the universe and everything in it doesn't care about his creation, wants to forgive them, and wants you home. Take it by experience I believe that God was a God with a belt punishing everyone but nope I was wrong and it he is a caring father who wants to have a relationship with his creation. Perhaps someone needed to hear this because I used to listen to music to release pain but these are lyrics that express some type of disappointment in life and God which no one is far from heaven if you trust Jesus and call him to be your Lord and Saviour.
