Casey is the Queen of Container Creations! Felt like I was looking at a luxurious magazine full of stellar designs. You definitely have an artists touch for what you do. You mentioned how you have been doing this practically your whole life and how you love it….well it shows! I love your down to earth presentations and the helpful names posted beside the name of the plant. I remember Jason’s recent video and was wondering if you plan to put these on a drip system. I know you would still check on them. Your home setting looks magical.
I’m not even finished with the video and you’ve already blew my mind with so many varieties that are new to me! We are in the same zone (I’m in Waukesha) and I love seeing what will perform well. I found your channel this year and I really enjoy it! Everything looks lovely! 🌸🌿🌼🌾🌺
Everything is so beautiful & vibrant Casey! Your home is like a magical cottage 🥰 the only thing that is thriving for me is the eucalyptus that I got from you!!! Everything else has burned up & im pulling things up tonight. We’ve been over 100° since the beginning of June & the past 2 weeks, we’ve been 105-110 every single day. I just gave up.
Your garden look super stunning 😍 ❤ and you have earned yourself a nickname. Are you ready? Here it goes, drums roll please……….. The Queen Of The Container !!!!!!!!!!!
You have created such beautiful “eye candy”. I’ve been watching you for a couple of years now and you have blossomed as a UA-cam creator as well as a a gardener. Love, love love your creations
All your containers look amazing! I also did the king tut, canna combo. Very happy with it. I just love all the color in your garden! I can't wait for part 2. Thanks!
There are so many excellent supertunias I can’t wait to come to Wayne’s Daughters and buy them. I’m loving all my selections I got this season. Your pots are stunning.
Thank you so much for the indpiration! I just found your channel. Trying to plan a fair entry. I find my easy to access plant sources are very few (mobility issues). But, your Coffee Cup,that drop of water, is part of the transpiration process. I over-wintered some Canna a few years ago, ( zone 5)and spent hours watching the drops form and fall. I used the rate of drop making to tell me I needed to water. The roots/tubers on that group got so large and thick that the container actually split.
Oh Casey I’m in love with every arrangement! Such beautiful color combinations. I’m not a yellow person either but that pale yellow petunia is a favorite of mine too. I wasn’t able to get PW version but there was a dupe for it, or maybe the original one called Bees Knees 🐝. It’s literally the same petunia but not labeled PW. I paired it with the jazz berry, coral canna, Americana salmon geranium, blue salvia, purple scavola and white diamond frost in an old copper pot that was used for wood burning stoves back in the day. It looks cool next to a black sweet potato vine and white verbena mix. I love over packing plants. It’s so much fun putting them together, just watching the transformation as they grow. It’s so hot here in Kansas I need to pack up my doggies and head to Wisconsin for camping in some cool nights. (Just a dream, I got way too much watering to leave behind). It’s been brutal here. We beat a dust bowl record getting to 111 with a heat index of 134. 🥵 Loved seeing all your bright colors today brightened my day since going outside is just disturbing right now. Lol. 😊 ❤
Great to see your containers again this year. Can't wait for part 2. Will you include the recipe combos for the raised beds? I love how much you pack into each spot
You never disappoint! Thanks to you, this year I have the most beautiful garden I’ve ever had. I am having problems with my caladiums, I planted 3 in containers. 2 in full sun and one in part sun (following directions on tags) BUT they are no bigger than when planted in spring. I water and feed regularly. All of the other plants in the containers are doing great, any suggestions? I am so disappointed in their lack of performance.
You are so sweet with pick a boo appearance throughout your video. I loved the critter sounds in the background. I look forward to seeing your part 2. I am also looking for your family flower farm videos. Will they be coming back?
Tonight I came across your video and I'm so stunned by your beautiful containers that I just watched and listened with my admiration. I definitely subscribed and can't wait to go back and watch your other videos and look forward to future ones. This is my first year that I'm actually able to do a little bit of planting flowers and doing containers due to severe back surgery I had fused to my waist not long ago. I'm trying to do this while using a walker. With that being said, im really struggling knowing what plants to plant with what. I love tropical plants and adding them to containers. I bought 6 sunpatiens compact tropical rose and 6 vigorous tropical white, and 4 rose lantanas. I have elephant ears, clDiums, coleus, petunias and other plants but the tropical plants and lantanas I don't know how to use them. Can you please give me some advice? Thanks
what beautiful plants and combinations!! Is the supertunia persimmon still in existence? I can't find it online, but in your video, it looks so magical!
Love this series Casey! Amazingly beautiful. I garden in containers on a balcony. Do you treat on a consistent basis for powdery mildew, white fly or aphids? I may not be getting sufficient air circulation. Your garden pots are stunning!!!
I use Jacks and Peters in my flowering containers and in my food and medicinal gardens i go organic. I use fresh compost to top dress, worm casting, espoma liquid feed, jobes (gets smelly so never before a garden gathering) and a fish liquid fertilizer that i’m having a brain fart remembering at the moment. It’s my main one too. I need a cup of cocoa to get my brain sharp this morning. 😂 So i don’t use all of this at once. It’s kind of like an alternating or whatever i have on hand or think the garden needs. I hope this helps!
You can make amazing combos with plants that aren’t PW. There are so many amazing plants that are easy seed starters or even sold in flats. You can even propagate plants.❤️🌿🌸
One thumb-up isn't enough!! What a treat to see your amazingly beautiful containers! Thank you for the tour.
