Hi Issac for the foundation you didn't mention stones for the foundation 9×6,(or is it bricks all the way) or did you use jungli, kuchimba mitaro,chuma za kufunga mitaro. Thanks for keeping us informed
I like what you are doing, but you aren't telling us the size of the houses because the costs will vary depending on the sizes whether 2 or 3 bedrooms, i mean size of the rooms ie size per metre square
