Today we are learning how to make flocked balloons (or snowy balloons), and while it’s a little messy, it’s really easy! I’d love to see this used in a balloon garland or arch, and this little tabletop miniature Christmas tree covered in snow is just the cutest!

You could also put the snow in a bowl or on a plate and then dip the balloon and press it into the plate or bowl to get it to stick😊

can you please tell me how i can get matte black balloons !
Hey there! To my knowledge the only way to get matte black balloons is to oxidize them (leave them outdoors for as little as a few minutes, may take longer depending on the climate and the balloons you're using). You could try googling it to see if anyone is selling them, but I haven't personally seen them before. Hope that helps!
