Last night I saw on Facebook that Breck had a knife close to his face !!! Are you crazy a 1 yr old with a knife ( especially close to his eye) Really !! Dangerous Parents
The kids are safe and using child safe knives, they can be purchased on Amazon and will not cut skin. if you want to claim he could poke an eye out, they could do the same with a toothbrush, fork, spoon(even a baby one), toys...the list goes on and on yet how many one eyed kids are there around? Do tell.
One point to be considered here is, for the hard of thinking, is how children will come to regard knives. Tinies are not able to assess risk etc therefore, by allowing Breck ,who is far too young to use those so-called 'child safe knives' ,and muck around with them .He could come across a knife or equally shap implement,tool and wave that around and really cause himself or another person/animal some damage. Children using age appropriate 'child safe knives' should actually be taught correctly how to use them, have finger guards and possibly the safety gloves one can get . The fact that a parent maybe present, isn't enough. They need to be paying attention, correcting them when needed and not let situations like those we have seen with Breck mainly, waving the knife around etc, to take place.@@betty-y3m9y
@MoonMaiden6779 I agree. I would only allow my young children to use knives in the kitchen with me and taught them to respect them.. I'm not using finger guards or gloves just as I didn't put knee pads and hand pads on my kids when they crawled or wrap them in bubble wrap when they go out to play. Different strokes for different folks. Their dad only allows them to use knives in the proper manner outside working and with respect. He taught them how to handle them, open and close safely, hand them to someone, all the things you teach a child. Same as how he taught respect for guns or rifles. Guess what? I'm not Breck and Bridgett's parent and neither are you. Take care of your own family, raise the way you see fit and stop stalking and criticising families who do things YOU disapprove of. It's really not good for psyche or soul. It is causing undue stress that brings on disease. Watch things that bring you joy and peace.
Robert... Sorry that you didn't realize that those are child safe knives from Amazon. Breck and Bridgette are always supervised when using the knives and Bridgette has been using them since she was 2 😉 If the knives were dangerous then the children would have been cut and hurt by now 😉
