The lake of rot always kinds of freaks me out because it reminds me of the "bleeding fungus", hydnellum peckii. "I wouldn't want to go back to that repulsive place" I went through this place twice in 4 playthroughs lol. He rightfully described it as kind of a slog. Waiting for your rot buildup to go down while just standing in safe areas. Of course you're rewarded with all those bloodstains of people just BARELY unable to make it to the bonfire.
@ fair, honestly the frenzied flame ending would also make for a great “fall from grace” story lol. Love your work man, can’t wait to see what the future holds!

@dreadingmortality why do you need a jailbroken ps5? The game runs on ps5 backwards compatibility ,i play it regularly on my console. Or does it have to do with recording software

Flame cleanse me with the mushroom armor trivializes the lake of rot. But it is an arresting sight the first time your come to it.
