Oh, Amy R, These are my favorite cards this season!!! Love the colors & everything!!! Great cards!!! So great. Wouldn’t they look great on Holographic background!!! So fantastic!!! You ROCK!!! ♥️♥️♥️🕸🕷🕸🕷🕸♥️♥️♥️
Another Brilliant card video! I love this technique! Night and Day…represents the festive time of year! You captured Halloween perfectly without pumpkins n bats!!!!!
These are such cool Halloween cards. Great for people who don’t like cutesy. A lot of card makers are bringing back old techniques and I love it. They become new again. The inside is very pretty.
Love the butterflies. Everything old is new again. But when you pair the old techniques with new supplies, it makes it look different. Fun Halloween card!
well thank you - I spent a small fortune on the halloween music clips for my videos (I really love them, and last year (or the year before I can't even remember anymore) after a computer crash I lost all my original halloween clips so I had to purchase all new ones) but I REALLY enjoy that added aspect and I'm so glad others do too! And LOL about the sweatcshirt - probably!! ;)
These cards a stunning Halloween cards. I want to say the oldie but goodie technique you used with the clear embossing used to be called embossing resist back in the late 1990s. Now I'm dating myself. :)
it is emboss resist but the technique of inking then clear embossing to trap the colours then covering with more ink is the "Joseph's Coat" or trapped ink technique
Love these cards. I have done a card like that so king ago and haven’t since. I will definitely be trying it again. Love how you always finish off the inside of the cards. I do the same thing. TFS!
These are magnificent!! I’m about to start my Halloween cards.. this couldn’t have come at a better time 💕💕💕 can’t wait to try that technique with the clear embossing.. I’m new to it and have only tried black or white or gold. Thanks for sharing 🎃
Beautiful! I was so happy I could finally order that stamp set! But I guess I’ll have to use bats because that butterfly set is still unavailable 😕TYFS 🧡🦋🖤
Hi Amy. Sorry I am writing this here but. I watched a video of yours and you did a card using Dina Wakley sprays. I can’t find it again. I would like to rewatch it Thanks
I love the colors and even the blend on top. You said your blending foams were saturated with ink. Isn't that what makes them work so well? Can you get a blending brush saturated with ink?
brushes don't need to be saturated - only the foams do as the more ink that's in the foam the better they work (which is why I NEVER wash my foams - and brushes I rarely wash but I also have a TON of blending brushes lol)
From experience, don't stick a needle into a clogged nosel with it facing you, 3 inches away, cause I am blind. My boss said, made a card last night? Yea. Wears off eventually.
@@PrairiePaperandInk wish it were not a red based ink...........scrubbing all my skin off, still lasted 3 days. Everyone thought I was contagious. Just a little ebola. No worries... carry on...
@@charlenebalz2907 oh nooooo - yeah red-based pigments are SO staining and hard to remove from skin (especially facial skin!!). If it's on my hands I use the Ranger Craft Scrubbie but I'd never go near my face with that as it's super rough and literally exfoliates everything when I use it to remove tons of ink off my hands.
I held my breath when you applied the black oxide. But then I exhaled when you buffed it off the resist embossed area. Stunning
Really cool cards. I dont know that I've ever seen that technique. Really neat.
Really like this card and the luminescence of the colors. Pretty and eerie at the same time.

Love your use of non-traditional stamps and dies to make Halloween cards! The emboss and black ink resist is really neat!
I like how you blended everything. I think they showed up nicely.

Wow!!! You can really appreciate those colors together once you stamped the inside!!! So pretty!

Georgous! As always.....
You've been making cards for 20 years???? When did you start? When you were 5?
lol I'm going to be 38 soon - so a tad older than 5 ;) - tho I was crafting and would sit and color for hours from the time I was 2 🤷🏻♀️😆
Fantastic! I luv this blend and how the cards turned out.
Awesome!😊
Amazing 😻

omgggg LOLLLLLLLL!!! Sorry not sorry but this made me laugh! And it's totally something I would do 🤦🏻♀️

Question: does your mind ever rest? My goodness your work is wicked amazing. Another masterpiece in the books. I really loved this card. A lot!
my mind is going constantly lol - it's *one of the reasons I struggle with insomnia as my brain just doesn't want to shut down! ;)
I love watching you!
👍🏽
Thank you Amy !
Gorgeous!
Beautiful!!
