You were really, really lucky with your kitchen. Keep in mind for people moving in to Lyme in this year, that there's only 8-9 flats like this one with the big kitchen. Ours was so small. We had two small sofas and a little square table. Try to go for the ones on the edges. I know 99 and 26 were small kitchens. Also we had rats, the sockets were leaking, maintenance people came in at the middle of the night stealing from people's rooms and they didn't give us any rent rebate during the second lockdown. We also got told there was a kettle and a toaster there and had to get it ourselves. Lots of stuff is ruined, it doesn't help reporting it, because they won't even fix it for the people coming the year after. It's got the reputation 'grime regis' for a reason. If you still have a choice please go for something else
