You can tell Crystal and Rob are a very happy couple and they have a very wholesome family life. She has one of the good ones and clearly appreciates him. And he her. It's nice to see. Sutton doesn't understand depression obviously, sometimes unfortunately you can't deal with the severity of it on your own so medications help. But if you can do it on your own more power to you. Especially since antidepressants are libido killers.

Sutton is 100% right about the medication and alcohol. Every psychiatrist will tell you to NOT consume alcohol while on your medication because of the adverse effects of alcohol. Alcohol is a depressant, so when you combine a depressant with antidepressant, it's just cancelling the each other out, therefore leaving room to experience mental health symptoms.
Not always. My psychiatrist just told told me to remember that one drink is equivalent to three; to drive the point home he told me about a patient he had that went to a dinner party and fell asleep. The unfortunate part, was her face was in her soup. 😮
I've never liked Rinna, I liked Dorit BUT when they co-signed Erika's behavior in Aspen I just found that to be gross and disgusting. The fact that Rinna than tried to use Kathy's meltdown to deflect from EJ's insensitive words and horrendous actions just took things to a very dark place. I get that this is a show for entertainment purposes but what Tom did and what EJ seems to be defending is about as real as it can get and affects real people. BTW throwing money at the victims and creditors is not justice.
Erika is 100% correct in the fact that no-one should judge her for seeking help for her mental help. Sutton makes everything about her, and she is super judgemental about everyone's issues. She comes off as self-righteous to me. I love the housewives series, but I'm not a super fan of any of these ladies.
As someone who loves the show but doesn’t have a “favorite” and has went to school for psychology, I think it’s really sad for Sutton to label everyone who is taking anti-depressants as someone who is masking their problems. Scientifically it goes way beyond that and it has saved lives. I understand her and Erika have beef but her comments impact people. Update: I think we can all agree alcohol and medication do not mix. You can tell Crystal and Rob are a very happy couple and they have a very wholesome family life. She has one of the good ones and clearly appreciates him. And he her. It's nice to see. I loves the scene when he came home and she embraced and kissed him and the kids were there too doing homework or something in the kitchen. Just wholesome.

Sutton doesn't understand depression obviously, sometimes unfortunately you can't deal with the severity of it on your own so medications help. But if you can do it on your own more power to you. Especially since antidepressants are libido killers.
correct but when you're depressed and on medications every doctor will tell you to monitor your alcohol intake because it's extremely dangerous to mix that stuff. so it's a genuine concern.
You’re not supposed to be on antidepressants and Xanax’s while under the influence. It tells you that your suicidal thoughts may be induced while on the medication. So tell me why is it okay with drinking AND taking Xanax on top of the antidepressants medication? I’m confused to why anyone would think that’s a great combination.

It's ironic to me how sycophantic Dorit has been to Erika all season, and yet Erika questions the longevity of Dorit and PK's marriage at BravoCon? All Dorit's efforts to get close to her seem to have been for naught because Erika, like a true narcissist, does not seem like someone you can warm up to. On a completely unrelated note, I was not super impressed with Sutton's off-base comments on mental health, though I do generally love the interplay between her and Garcelle.

Sutton is 100% right about the medication and alcohol. Every psychiatrist will tell you to NOT consume alcohol while on your medication because of the adverse effects of alcohol. Alcohol is a depressant, so when you combine a depressant with antidepressant, it's just cancelling the each other out, therefore leaving room to experience mental health symptoms.
Not always. My psychiatrist just told told me to remember that one drink is equivalent to three; to drive the point home he told me about a patient he had that went to a dinner party and fell asleep. The unfortunate part, was her face was in her soup. 😮

I've never liked Rinna, I liked Dorit BUT when they co-signed Erika's behavior in Aspen I just found that to be gross and disgusting. The fact that Rinna than tried to use Kathy's meltdown to deflect from EJ's insensitive words and horrendous actions just took things to a very dark place. I get that this is a show for entertainment purposes but what Tom did and what EJ seems to be defending is about as real as it can get and affects real people. BTW throwing money at the victims and creditors is not justice.

Erika is 100% correct in the fact that no-one should judge her for seeking help for her mental help. Sutton makes everything about her, and she is super judgemental about everyone's issues. She comes off as self-righteous to me. I love the housewives series, but I'm not a super fan of any of these ladies.

As someone who loves the show but doesn’t have a “favorite” and has went to school for psychology, I think it’s really sad for Sutton to label everyone who is taking anti-depressants as someone who is masking their problems. Scientifically it goes way beyond that and it has saved lives. I understand her and Erika have beef but her comments impact people.
Update: I think we can all agree alcohol and medication do not mix. Speaking on the blanket statement because I want to spread positivity and awareness for different mental health disorders❤️
