Youre correct, weve been researching some suggestions and wanted to try something out.
I have a 231 j with a sye kit and I run 5w30 synthetic oil and also on my ax15 transmission

Just buy one at the junk yard. Those transfer case last a long time. You guys just had bad luck on that one
We did try seraching around online didnt have any luck. Wanted to try to tackle it on. If we cant get it right well keep looking.
