- Hey everyone! At the end of 2022, I spent my last training days in South Korea, where Jumping Fitness has had a long tradition already! So during free days between trainings we gathered together a few instructors and recorded this crazy choreography! I made this song already a while ago, but it definitely deserves to be jumped in a group of people who love Jumping! 😅🔥 This one is definitely challenging! Enjoy! 🔥
(Yes, we really had to wear face masks due to the government Covid-19 measures 😷 But nothing stops us from Jumping! 💚)

This one several times? Wow 🔥 Good job! We were recording it two times and people were really hoping the the 2nd try was good enough 😅 And yeah, those face masks are not making it any easier 🙈 Hopefully they will be able to exercise without masks soon as well 🙏

Welcome and thank you! 🤩 I recommend trampolines from www.jumping-fitness.com :-) Trampolines there are made specifically for this workout, they last much longer than cheaper trampolines and are more safe :-)

Why the a mask?
Covid19 measures of South Korea :-( The government still requires people wearing masks inside, even when working out. We didn't like it, but couldn't do anything about it :-( Hopefully South Korea will drop this restrictions soon as well 🙏

Ich habe es in der Beschreibung und am Anfang des Videos geschrieben :-) Aufgrund der von der südkoreanischen Regierung eingeführten COVID19-Maßnahmen hatten wir keine Wahl :-( Leider ist es hier immer noch das Gesetz und wir können nichts dagegen tun :-(

Thank you for such a detailed feedback 🫶 Voice cueing videos are always the priority on my "video schedule", so most of my videos will include it :-) I will try to "play" with the level of my voice and music. It's just sometimes a little difficult to find the right volume for each track as they are very different frequently. But I will look at it 🙏
I am happy that you know now how to pronounce my name correctly :)) Still, when I lived in LA, everybody always called me Jacob :-D
Those introductions are a little tricky for me, because now I record videos a little differently. I will think about that as well ✨ I am also thinking about short "talking" videos, where I could share some of my thoughts on Jumping (and maybe more..). But I don't even know if people would watch something like that :-) Will see, a lot is about to come 💚
