- I love spending my mornings intentionally and waking up early. So today I'll be sharing my morning routine and what I do to have a good & healthy start for the day. I've been trying to implement new habits recently in terms of manifestation and skincare soo here it is, my 2021 6am morning routine!
All these routines are designed for overall success, productivity and wellness so I hope this video inspires you, I know waking up early isn't easy but practice makes it perfect, just keep working on it, don't give up and one day you can find the routine that fits you the best and make the most of it!

all i did last year was eat, scroll and sleep. for the very first time last week- i exercised. i exercised for a whole week! earlier, i woke up around 12am and had these thoughts yk self reflect n stuff and i decided to delete all my social media accounts to focus on myself. I've always wanted to bloom but I've never done anything abt it and just waited for it to miraculously happen. I realize it will never come to me if i do nothing. Now I'm taking a step and I hope it's worth it
