There’s a vim power armour set for the t51 if you have far harbour it’s in the vim factory but it’s pretty hidden
Make sure to keep the cores out of the frames, so no settlers leave em on cinderblocks
Can't be out of uniform soldier. You have all the power armor.

I think you are missing the Vim! Power Armor from Far Harbor DLC and the Atom Cat Power Armor from the Atom Cats "faction" from their little quest line.
