This might sound harsh, but I think this Chapter alongside Chapter 5 was Eo's karma. If we look back at Chapter 2, we found out that she actually took the lives of many people in order for her and brother to survive. And now since she's all by herself searching for the soul of Eden, she will now realise that all lives are precious and special, including the ones she killed

Might just be your headphones. The bass sits at around 50-60Hz, which is the section that many headphones just boost the life out of lol. An Equalizer app can help with decreasing that part while keeping the rest of the song
