AEE Condor Fishing Drone Set Up

Chris from ‪@paulsfishingsystems‬ and Kaleb from ‪@AdventurewithKZ‬ give a run down on the AEE Condor Drone complete set up, from the basics with the drone to the rigging of our hook sections.
Chris talks about the AEE Condor Fisherman drone, which can easily take 6 hooks out to up to 1000m. He also talks about the Fin-Nor Offshore reels which are one of the reels that we have available for our drone fishing packages, paired to a Tica Traveller 50lb 4 piece rod. He then goes on to talk about the rigging of the traces and sinkers, everything you need to get set up to go fishing.

Are the battery stored fully charged or flat?

I noticed when you showed calibrating the drone inside, the battery was facing you, but the outside shots showed the battery facing away. Does it make a difference?

No it doesn’t

If you turn it of after the first cast, do you have to recalibrate drone

No you don’t, we just recommend calibrating once a day, or if you move more than a km or so away

There are many options, all of which are on our website. Complete fishing packages start at $1700 NZD and go up from there, just the drone is $1300 for the A20 or $1500 for the A22.

Do you think tides matter when drone fishing? Because you are casting so far out, are tides relevant?

Different areas fish better with different tides. The main thing is that slack water is typically poor to fish, so either wait until after dead low/high before setting, or leave it out longer
