All thru the vid there is a high level of frustration because there is too much "suspend your disbelief" required to watch thru to the end. In the first scene, the woman is attacked in her hospital room with her newborn. In reality, she is still bleeding and will for a month. To walk a few feet down the hall would be a challenge. To attack a new mother with her baby would be dangerous and this is not at all the reaction. The husband is approaching her for sex well before the six week recovery time ... and that is all in the first few minutes.
