    Fyi, Indian per acre yield were low compared to Pakistan but than genetically modified seeds made the revelation. India adopted this technology and as a result they are now getting more yield.
    In addition to this they provide subsided diesel to the farmers for irrigation tubewells letter on we hich were switched on to solar system..
    Not only this, in India agricultural land can not be turned into any other purpose e.g. residential or industrial purpose. To protect agriculture land they have strong legislation.
    Seed research and development institutions are producing good results too.
    Progressive and corporate farming have shown remarkable achievements.
