I have never seen an old Christ Tunnel Car Wash in the UK but I have seen one in Londonderry in Northern Ireland called the "Drumahoe Car Wash" and it uses the Christ Tunnel Wash systems
Theres actually a couple in the UK, i know theres one in Blackpool, Stevenage, Camberly and Tunbridge wells. Im sure theirs a few more but they're quite rare and dying out fast! Would u be filming the one in derry by any chance?
@@carwashconnoisseur7216 the ones listed above are still around however I recently learnt that the one in Tunbridge wells has been closed until further notice
To be honest, the polyethylene didn’t pose that much of an issue. At this Carwash they hand wash the car before they send it through so there is no particles on the car which could scratch.
It's an older system, when it was manufactured, computers weren't as advanced. Everything is mechanical which require parts to fix which aren't easy to find as there not made anymore. Hope this helps :)
As a matter of fact, it does help. I can figure out what you're actually saying is that people trying to look for tools that fix car wash brushes will not easily be able to find them. Besides, it would be impossible to get car wash brushes that went out of order spinning again. The fact is they don't make tools that fix car wash brushes anymore. Those who see several car wash brushes that aren't working right will end up feeling big time disappointment. Now I understand why certain car wash brushes wear out after being used for a long period of time.
Brilliant! I used to love the car wash when I was a kid. Still do! 🙂🙂
This is a really cool car wash tunnel! Great video😃

Cool Christ tunnel carwash!!
With Double slim side brushes.
Sadly it's equipped with Polyethylen.😭 But really cool.

Nothing wrong with polyethylene. People don't realise how soft polyethylene actually is with it's split ends.
Somebody please explain why three brushes were out of order.
I would really love to know what the cause is that makes car wash brushes go out of order.
Love it
Also, I want to know what causes car wash brushes to go out of order.
