Finally! You guys come fish at Lake Oroville lol...you been to collins lake, Bullard bar, and lake Shasta, I knew this day was coming...lol...come fish oroville afterbay during spawning...its the best!
Having fished from Lake Shasta to San Diego (Fresh and Salt), you always show a "New Perspective" on the fishing, Greg. What could be better...Good Friends, Good Fishing, Good Beer! Thanks for another Great Video, Greg...
Hey Greg, you're an awesome fisherman dude. I've been watching your UA-cam videos for a long while and didn't know that you will actually fish at Oroville Lake. That's Great! I haven't go fishing at the lake for a long time.😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😘😘
Sooo excited that you are up here in Chico! You got me into kayak fishing and I have been talking to Sierra Nevada admin about how much I enjoy watching your videos. If you figure out what the fishing are biting on, please show us in your video. Thanks for coming to Chico! 👍😎🎣💦♥️
I’m about 45 mins away from chico in red bluff cool to see videos of people fishing out here💯 been watching you probably for 7 months don’t know how I haven’t seen this one yet
I have yet to use the Ned but watching your last few videos may have inspired me to give it a go. Definitely always trying to expand my toolbox. As always I enjoyed watching!
Great video with the drone and editing very well done. And congrats to all You out there fishing in this freezing cold. My wife and I did the same at Lake Berryessa. Bundle up and tight lines
Always windy there. Next time when you have the chance try the rock wall by the outlet side. Last year I caught like a 6 pounder there and lost one. That after bay hold some large mouth bass and maybe even a dd large mouth this time of years. I caught my around this winter when they feeding along the rock. Will good luck if you ever go out there let me know i can join you ans show you some hot spot i always hit when i there.
Lake Oroville is beautiful, but fishing is tough. Oroville is similar to Folsom which your probably gonna fish for the KBF tournament. Land of the 12 inch fish. Great video
I would enjoy a review of a few of your favorite beers from them. The main one the put out wasn’t my favorite so I’d be up for other suggestions. Also I’m ready for spring
Love that intro I would like to see how you dial in your graph with sonar, side and down imaging and the process of how you find feeding fish on a tuff day like that.
Hey Greg, Im from fresno and my wife is from Oroville. So, whenever I go fishing with my brother in law in Oroville it seems like I am always grinding for a bite. I fish lake Oroville few times and I've found out that those bass eat bite chew on plastic lure. I do bank fishing vs your kayak so I dont get the whole kayak advantage. I tell you why your ned rig worked was bc in my experience Oroville bass seems to key on plastic lure most of the season, I dont know why but, its been like that since I can remember. Hope this helps out. C ya later 🎣
Offered my drone to Juan for you guys to shoot. Glad you had someone out there with one. Great video Greg, I’m liking the addition of more DH crew and aerial footage. Keep it up bro. Until Camanche then, let me know if you want to hit up Berryessa for the online challenge. Later man. 🇺🇸 🎣 💪 ✌️
Greg Blanchard i live 15 mins from Folsom brotha. If you come this way definitely give me a ring. I’m trying to learn more about the Delta also, so if you’d like to go I’m always down. I have limited experience on Delta; really just last year @ Paradise with YAB. I’ll trade you experience on Folsom water for Delta water 😂. Be well man. Maybe we can link up!
So I’m kinda new to fishing mostly just ponds cuz that’s all I have really around but when you have a little bite why do you reel in so much before setting the hook?
Sux but Yamamoto stopped making the small white cut tails. I bought about 30 packs and mend it when they get messed up. Darter head and white worm is money out there. Not to big of a worm tho. They think they're pond smelt. If I didn't move to NV I wouldn't be posting this haha. Good luck guys give it a try.
One thing I've been thinking, what type of rod do you throw those Keitech finesse jigs on? Picked some up since I'm going to be focusing on jigs this year, but that hook is way smaller than I expected.
just how life happened and traveling for work all the time. couldnt do a boat so did the kayak and honestly i've caught a lot of nice fish from the kayak. i actually think i catch more from the kayak than i would a boat
Looks like the derby rules need more refining. Only 1 minute pass the deadline but it cost him a broken rod. Your friendship is worth a lot more than chump change. Gray areas should never destroy friendships. If you have to sign an agreement than you're taking away the enjoyment of the adventure.
It’s cool seeing Oroville fished by your perspective, that beat down at the end looked fun 🎣
Finally! You guys come fish at Lake Oroville lol...you been to collins lake, Bullard bar, and lake Shasta, I knew this day was coming...lol...come fish oroville afterbay during spawning...its the best!

Tough day but a beautiful lake. Thank you Sir!!!
Love you crew. Such a great scene.
Having fished from Lake Shasta to San Diego (Fresh and Salt), you always show a "New Perspective" on the fishing, Greg.

As always I enjoyed watching!
Thanks Mike! It's a great bait. I can't say that it's incredibly enjoyable to fish but it does get bit when its tough!
Sierra Nevada made a seasonal mint stout, absolutely amazing, jealous you toured the brew house!
Out in my stomping grounds, that lake can be a good time when they are stacked up and biting.
those rolling hills and secondary points look amazing for winter fishing.
They usually are, there are a few places on that lake that normally always hold a few fish.
Very nice video Gregory! Awesome day!
Great video with the drone and editing very well done. And congrats to all
You out there fishing in this freezing cold. My wife and I did the same at Lake Berryessa. Bundle up and tight lines

You have really taken to the ned rig as a go to finesse option. Great video.
Hit that wooded pond you can see from the highway in chico. There are some Hogs in there.
Looks like fun! Safe travels.
Greg you should defiantly come back up here in April if you have the chance its mind blowing how much fun it is.
I hope to! definitely a memorable trip
Another great video Greg. Keep them coming mate👍🏼

@@GregBlanchardFishing Is it a fast action? Looks like they took down their rod page so I can't look at the specs.
