Bhai Thane west mein ek mashhoor hotel hai, Kunj Vihar, Wanha ka Jumbo Vada pav bahut famous hai. If you could cover Kunj Vihar vadapav recipe and specially don't forget to cover Meethi chatni recipe, Which is very famous and mind blowing. Miracle chatni. In thane west there is one more Vada pav center called RajMata Vadapav at Navpada area, It is not far from KunjVjhar. If you could cover yellow chatni which is also awsome, that would be great.

In odisha we do it little bit different way with some extra added things but its all the same in the end. We call it aloo chop

@@sonuskill536 yes, that part you can find that specialty. Our side its suji mixed instead of chawal. Some even make stuffed vada, same thing but stuffed with coconut grated with jaggery or sugar. Its someone who made this type. It is same stuffing that is used in pithas in odisha, specifically made during puja and festivals

Sir but the the filling of vadapav should be roasted on flame with a tadka of haldi, curry leaves and rai it will taste better for commercial purpose these owners do not roast the masala with potatoes in pan for household purpose its a tip from my side to taste it better 😌😌
You’re absolutely right. This recipe is not authentic. In Gujarat valsad RAJA RANI vada pav they make proper authentic absolutel yumm vada pav. Very famous as well.
