For Essays and Letters, the best resource is my book - I can say that without a doubt and with utmost confidence. The SWS Book of Essays and Letters. On the app, you also find 25 Test papers for English Grammar (for 500 marks). You should have both to cover 50/80 marks. That leaves only comprehension and email-notice which you only need to practise with pre-board papers from anywhere. So you do not really need a Question Bank. There are also lot of free videos on this channel.

Subject kaha hsi
Problem is you are taught the wrong format and then you keep popping the same question in the comments. ICSE format does not include Subject. Please check the specimen letters put on the CISCE website. That's the format since 2019.
